You can request appointments online, or call. (I like that receipts/confirmations are emailed vs printed) *Green initiatives are a plus The boutique is small, clean and modern. It's a very cozy place and she has great new client specials. The owner is very kind and professional. The service.......I had the half & half and this was the most painless waxing service I ever experienced. I was so shocked. It was quick too. This is one of those places that if you move away from the area, you would drive back just for the excellent service. 8/18 - came here again and had the same great service! It's cool because the person who had an appointment before mine was getting married! This is such a comfy boutique :)

I called and made a appointment to get my nails powder dipped She did not have many colors and then she proceeded to tell me that they don't do this often I left out very unhappy my nails looked horrible. I not only went once but twice then the third time the owner told me to come back and she would treat me to a pedicure when I got there she told me I would have to pay for gel when that's all I wear is gel I told her I will never come back to this trap salon. Her workers do not know how to apply dip to the nails then you would think as a owner that she would step in and apply it but no she kept pointing me off to her employees I would never recommend her shop to anyone.

I had been agonizing over unwanted facial hair for several years, constantly tweezing and picking at my chin/neck. As a result I had terrible breakouts and redness in those areas and I was super self-conscious about people getting "too close" to my face. From the moment I called Bonita I knew I was in the most capable hands, and the results I've seen in only a few short months are awesome. My appointments with Bonita are usually the highlight of my week! She is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs/comfort level. The office is very clean, and Bonita uses sterilized tools and gloves every time. The self-esteem I have gained from Bonita's treatments is invaluable to me - I'll keep going to her for treatment forever!

She did a great job with the facial and my eyebrows! I have a scar through one of them thanks to a childhood accident, and she was so meticulous that you can't even tell. In the past when I've had my brows waxed, the tech left them looking a little uneven or too thin. My skin felt so smooth and soft from the facial. My husband noticed (lol) and complimented me when I got home. I enjoyed the facial and the massage so much that I almost fell asleep during both. Symone did a wonderful job with the massage. The facial includes a neck, shoulder, and arm massage which is just lovely. The pedicure by Candy was also nice, but I had to come back for that the next day due to scheduling issues. The spa is gorgeous and spotlessly clean. They follow all Covid procedures including temp checks when you check in. All in all, I'd recommend this spa for an afternoon of pampering. As for product selling as mentioned in other reviews, when I went to pay, the young woman at the desk told me which products were suggested, but I declined due to cost and she was very nice about it. I didn't feel overly pressured at all.
