I know they look fake, but they're mine in most of the photos I started with tips then they grew out with the sculpting gel on top. Right now only one is fake cause I use it to open soda cans cause it keeps breaking off but that's on me. The atmosphere is great. I love that. They offer a shoulder back massage while you are getting your nails done first 1 min free then after $15 ever 10 mins. Everybody is really really nice and accommodating. It is pricey, but you get what you pay for. This is my treat to myself.

It might seem rude to not have walk ins always available but they are peaceful and not chaotic like other salons and that's totally part of the experience! I would highly recommend them! Originally I was seated for a pedicure by a male (with no name tag) who seems to be in training, my experience with him was horrendous. Fortunately, he was only assigned with putting the mask on my legs & removing prior polish while, my nail tech, Lili was finishing up her previous client. Every step had to be meticulously explained to him by Vicky who was trying to complete her clients nails at the same time. He was shaking through the whole process & was not wearing gloves--not a pleasant experience. Unfortunately he took 30 minutes to do his part, and I was starting to worry he was going to be my nail tech. By the time Lili came over my water was freezing cold, but I was so excited to have someone else helping me. Lili is absolutely amazing and everything the fabulous reviews about this place are true. Such amazing attention to detail & exceptional service. Lili and Vicky are very friendly and kind. I would recommend this place 100 percent, just request your service provider as to avoid the awkward unpleasant experience in the beginning. I think this place still deserves 5 STARS, and I'm not sure what can be done about the male employee, I would just prefer to have Lili do the entire service. The ladies helping us were very nice and did a great job. The leg massages were fabulous!! They took their time and our toes look super. My friend somehow smudged her polish walking to the drying table but they fixed it right away with no complaints. The only thing I wish they would change is how the handle tips. 1) I wish I could put it on my credit card. 2) I wish I could put the cash in an envelope with the employee's name on it and leave it at the front desk (like other salons). Instead you have to already have enough cash with you and you have to hand it directly to the person who worked on you. Our experience with this yesterday was slightly embarrassing and had we been able to handle it with envelopes or just on our credit cards, I would given this 5 stars!!

Specifically, the manicure was poorly executed, with visible polish on my cuticles and an overall uneven, untidy appearance. Additionally, despite allowing the recommended drying time before leaving the salon, the polish on both of my big toes was improperly set. Within two hours, the polish had visibly shifted and appeared smudged and deformed. Given the substandard quality of the services provided, this experience was a complete waste of both time and financial resources! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Not only will you receive poor service but the owner is RUDE and doesn't even want to speak to you if you point out there is a problem.

The set up is weird: the table that you lay on is in the corner so the person waxing your brows has to stand on one side and can't really see them side by side. The woman who did my brows was diligent and took a lot of time cleaning them up (not good for those who are in a rush but I was in no hurry). I had asked her to shape my brows so that they were even since one of them is thicker than the other, but since she was standing on one side I don't think she noticed that she had left quite a few hairs on one side. When I pointed it out she immediately fixed it. She put a very soothing balm (not lotion) on my brows after and said it was to help with the redness and prevent any sunburn. I am a woman of color so I don't usually get sunburned, but I appreciated her concern lol Side note: because the table was in a corner she had to lean over me and lightly rest her hands/forearm on my upper body. It didn't really bother me but be warned that they'll be really close to you. I wouldn't be opposed to going here again if I was in a bind. This has been extremely painful and required a double dose of antibiotics as the doctor was extremely concerned it could develop into sepsis, which can be life threatening. It spread very fast into my blood stream which made the doctor advise me that I may need to to Princeton hospital ER and go on an antibiotic IV drip. I will lose my nail in due course and may have damaged the nail bed. Even worse even though the owner and the son admitted responsibility and apologised, she told me it has happened a few times before. I would hate anyone else to experience this. I asked them to reassure me other customers would not be at risk and this has not happened.
