First time getting My nails Done here.. my nail colot chipped within few minutes and the finish was so rough. Wasn't going to comaont but they sent a survey asking for my feedback which I provided and they asked me to call them so they can address so I did. Just went for the first time today and genuinely enjoyed my experience. I had a French gel manicure, pedicure w color, my lip, and brows waxed. All together was very responsibly priced. Pedicure was relaxing and my whole appointment all together took an hour which was decent not too long not too quick. Thanks so much for the pretty nails! I'll be back again :) read more

I love this this place! They do such a great job on my nails. I get a Gel Mani and Pedi and am always pleased. No matter who i go to, they are so accommodating and do a fantastic job. My daughter gets the Dip and she loves it. I love making an appointment on line, it is easy and they confirm it so i know they have it. If i forget to make an appointment and i walk in and they are too busy, i ask how long/when i can come back? if it is longer than 15mins I run over to CVS and run errands. then i head back to the salon and they start my service as promised. And their prices are very reasonable!! I have been to all the other nail places in the area and i gotta say, they are hands down, my first choice! read more

This was my second visit to this location. I'm so not impressed by them. First of all, both times I've gone I felt like I was rushed despite making appointments days in advance. Secondly, they don't take pride in their work at all and never listen to the client. They ask you to select a color but don't pay attention and pick the wrong ones. My first visit I had Kathy's son for my pedicure and it was one of the worst pedicures I've had. I feel like my 10 year old self would have done a better job. Manicures we're done by Kathy both times (even though I had booked tony fort most recent visit for both mani and pedi... he did not even do either of them) she did not bother to actually give me a manicure but just paint my nails, again worse than my 10 year old self painting my nails. She then put lotion on one of my hands and dropped some on the counter which she didn't even wipe down after shaving my nail bed and rubbed the lotion from the counter on the back of my one hand. Didn't even bother to do anything to the right hand. Not worth my time or money. I even tipped both times out of generosity and yet had terrible service.... They officially have lost a customer for good. read more

Very stingy with money- I have signed up for the rewards here and whenever I get a 5% off, they suddenly increase the price of my gel manicure and when I notice it, they said angrily only give me $1 off of the $30 rather than $1.50. This has happened a few times now and it happens to others I know too! If they don't want to honor the discount they should just not send it out. I have stopped coming here since. read more

While getting my nails done the women stopped and took two walk-in wax apts and returned to me with cotton on her fingers and did not wash her hands. She was also on the phone with headphones in talking very loud the entire time. I left with dry cut up skin around all my nails. Very rough and would throw my hands when she wanted me to put it under the light. Not a friendly clean environment, they were overall rude. read more

This is one of the worst manicures I've ever gotten. I just wanted a regular manicure with the 1 week polish. They don't have it so was forced to pick off a nail selection thing normally reserved for gel. They don't even have Essie options but you also can't tell from the chart. If you have a go to, you literally can't find it. That's the good part. The woman is SOOO aggressive with my hands. Pushes my nail into the glass and laughs. The polish was all over my hands. It looked like I painted my fingers with my left hand. Save your time and go to Rodeo or somewhere that knows what they are doing. Worst manicure ever!!!!! read more

A friend recommended this place to me so I decided to check it out since it's new to the area. It was super clean, they had a huge selection of colors to choose from, and they did a great job! Jessy did my pedicure and she cut the cuticles which some places don't do..Kathy did the design on my gel manicure and it turned out just the way I wanted. Today, I finally made it to the new LC Nails location to see my manicurist. Tony is amazing and always does a fabulous job on my nails. He is so awesome I am now driving to see him at the new location which is about 30-25 minutes from home as opposed to going 4 minutes down the road. To say it is worth the drive is an understatement. He never disappoints and I always feel like a mil when he is done!!! The shop is beautiful and I highly recommend it to all in the area looking for that "self care" moment. read more

I went into this nail salon looking to get a new set of acrylics. My family members have been here before so I thought i'd give it a try. I got a new set of acrylics with dip powder gel. The color I chose was absolutely beautiful but when I paid and left I took a real look at my nails see see that that were transparent and you could see the acrylic underneath. I called and asked to come back in to get paint on-top of it just so I could get what I paid for. When I went back in, the owner asked me what color I wanted and I asked if I could look at the pallet. When she proceeded to give it to me she had literally pushed it into me. Little did I know she was going to be doing my nails. When she was paining my nails and taking them out from the UV light she proceeded to pull my hands toward her and pushing them away from her. They can't do simple designs, multiple times i've gone in and asked for a design on one nail and i always come out disappointed. They get very nasty when you ask them to adjust or fix something you don't like. Wouldn't recommend coming here unless your plan on just getting a solid color. read more

LC Nails & Spa is new In Montgomery so I wanted to give them a try and I'm really glad I did! Everything was clean and sanitary and they were following all Covid protocol. All the employees were super friendly and accommodating and I was seated for my pedicure immediately. Tony did an awesome job on my manicure and my pedicure. He was very through and precise. Additionally, during my pedicure he used a hot stone on my feet which is a nice touch considering other local salons like Rodeó and K Pop don't include that with their standard pedicures. For A gel manicure and standard pedicure it was 58 dollars and I'm totally satisfied with the service. read more
