Wanda is a perfectionist and does my nails so pretty. The employees here are very nice. Prices are reasonable. Sometimes you have to wait a little bit for your appointment but for me it's worth the wait. read more

Let's start off with the good. The customer service was great! They adhered to our appointment and took us in right away, and the manicurist helped my mom and I find the perfect gel color and didn't rush us at all. Not too often do I find someone who can get the almond shape just right, but the owner did and I was very satisfied with how they looked. Overall great experience here which is why I wanted to love this place so badly! But... I knew leaving that my nails felt way too thin and wouldn't survive. 3 days later I had to come back for a chipped nail and asked for anythinggg that could help make them feel stronger. The owner told me that this is how it is and I'd have to get dip if I wanted them to be more sturdy, but I always get gel and they've never felt this brittle. Owner was accommodating and helped me get my nail fixed and even had the manicurist dip them for me for no extra charge! But days later, my broken nail that they fixed did break and my other nails became discolored. Almost all my moms nails chipped too :( Shocking because they use OPI nail polish so the quality should be great, which almost makes me think they might dilute it... read more

Andy sold the business. Tom still works there. The place needs a clean up.Not sure on their policy . Would hope they get this done. Safety is a concern regarding nail tools and disinfecting tables and foot bath areas And floors. Great location so I hope they follow through on this. Walking in the place it is very noticeable that things are not up to par. read more

They have on multiple occasions the have squeezed me in when my schedule was the problem. I explained that I wanted really short acrylics, they introduced me to UV Gel.WOW! I work with horses and they have lasted multiple weeks, I've never had any breaks or problems with them popping off. They remember who I am, take the time to understand what I want. Love them! I travel between Scottsdale Az and Princeton and I wait so I can get my fills here!!! read more

1 star for proximity. Came in without an appointment on a rainy Sunday and there was not a customer in sight. However, there were 2 nail techs sitting down and was told very abruptly that they were not available to do a fill in. Not good customer service at all. read more

The only reason why I took a star off is they don't have a price list displayed anywhere and it's kind of inconvenient to ask multiple pricing questions. Extremely disappointed- it took the man (Tom, I think?) to do a pedicure, that usually takes anywhere from 30-40 min, a breaking record of 20 MINUTES! There was no massage, my feet BARELY touched the water, the cuticles were not done, some callus spots were not even touched, no scrub cream put on, etc. When I saw him putting the base polish on my left foot nails AFTER 13 min ... I was in shock! He never set up the massage chair for me - I had to figure it out for myself. When he asked me if I will have a manicure also, and I responded no, he just LEFT ME WITHOUT A WORD in my chair, went to the front of the facility and was taking care of another client (?!?!) WOW! I was at this place for the first time, and I told the owner that I am looking for 'that one place' that I can keep coming back to. Obviously, this will not be it. No wonder the place is empty. read more

Hard to find a good nail salon and I believe I just did! A friend recommended i try it so I did. Had a gel pedicure done. I did not have an appointment but they were able to fit me in withy minimal waiting time (it was 11am on a Wednesday summer morning). Service was very courteous and welcoming. Facilities were clean. There are 5 massage pedicure chairs so plenty of room. There were 4 people working including the owners (assumed they are based on previous reviews). Selection of nail polish was huge. What came with the nail service was nail polish removal, cut or file nails (she asked me which I liked), scrub, massage, lotion and of course the nail color applications. The one thing I found odd was the use of what looked like a grater to remove dead skin on feet rather than just a pumice stone or foot file, but I must say was very effective with no cuts and did not hurt. I guess you can equate it to the one that Dr. scholl's sells. She did follow up with a pumice stone with oil. Overall great experience and I would definitely return! read more

This place has an excellent selection of colors and great customer service. However there are good and not so good nail technicians. For gel polish and manicures there are a few who will take care of you and some are good and others have a heavy hand and the gel is a bit thick for my liking. All in all this one of the nicest in the areas ...can be a bit pricey but what do you expect from Princeton. read more

Today was my first time going here, and it definitely won't be my last. I was able to walk in with no appointment and get a beautiful set of acrylic nails done. It took quite a bit of time, but was well worth it and understandable seeing as I had asked for a marble design. Sadly, I didn't get a chance to ask what the name of my nail tech was, but he made sure that I liked the length, shape, and outcome of my nails. He was extremely detailed and they came out amazing! The only thing that was a little off was the scent of the salon, but you are quick to get over it once you start seeing the time and effort put into your nails. read more

Went there for the first time, I don't think I will be returning. The person doing my nails didn't even make sure the nails were even on both hands. I showed them a picture asking if they could do it and they said yes but the end result looked absolutely nothing like the picture. Not even a bit similar to it. Manicure was decent for $12 BUT the bathroom is the dirtiest place I have seen. The soap was not thick and did not even go through the pump. The sink drain clogged and the toilet had not been cleaned in ages. When we spoke to the owners, they did not even care making me think about what tools that had used on my fingers. I don't think they sterilized them. Will not be returning to this salon - this is how diseases spread. Take care of your tools and your bathroom. read more

The salon is run by Andy and his brother Tom. The place in very clean and Tom is amazing! I went in for wedding nails not known what I wanted and Tom made them look fantastic. I went back three weeks later for a fill, which I could have waited another week, and he asked me about the wedding as soon as he saw me. Great talent and personality! I had high hopes after researching and reading the reviews. My first experience was wonderful, a set of meticulous gels. I thought I'd found my next nail salon. The return trip for a gel removal and gel manicure by a younger woman left me with lumpy uneven gels. Andy was wonderful when I called and told me to come in and they would repair it. My third manicure, by Andy's brother was fantastic. My hope was renewed. Last week, I booked an appointment with Kim again ( who had done my nails the first time). She cut my cuticles so much that three of them bled and were inflamed for days. I will not be returning. read more

I have my nails done here only because I've tried other places where I was not satisfied with the finished product and the price was always much higher. NJ Perfect Nails does my nails to my satisfaction for what I consider a reasonble cost. However, this place is not clean on so many levels. Often times the men who do your nails have dirt under their own nails. The towels they used to wipe your hands down were once white towels but have turned a filthy looking gray. They do not respect the work hours listed, and so rarely open on time. They never open at 10A, unless you've made special arrangements. The bathroom is dirty and disgusting. I'm doubtful that their tools are ever sanitzed. They go from customer to customer so fast I don't think I've ever seen any tools come out of a sanitizer. read more

The whole thing felt transactional and cold, but my stylist was really enthusiastic and engaged with another client who came in (so much so that he left me sitting with a broken halo drier for 10 minutes as he chatted with this client). Afterwards I felt like I do leaving the DMV. I got something off my to do list, but it cost $125 and wasn't fun at all

I love this Nail Salon. They do quality work, the place is clean, and they are friendly. The service is very good. I have sampled other Nail Salons, but this has been my place for the past 7+years because of the quality of service they offer. Tom is my "nail guy." But Andy and Gina are also wonderful. This salon stands out (to me) because they do not nickel and dime the customer. As a client, they don't charge for every little thing. For example: most nail salons charge to cut down nails and to repair broken nails. When you are a repeat client, they don't charge for those services. Tom and Andy are professional and speak fluent english which helps make the experience less tense or awkward like other nail salons. They take walk-ins and appointments. When getting refills, Tom does a new set (when necessary) as to avoid lifting without charging for it. Other salons charge a lot for that. The finished product is always amazing. I have NOT had fungus as a customer because of the quality and cleanliness of this Nail Salon. Pedicures are great also. I appreciate the cleanliness of the pedicure area. Gina does wonderful work as the pedicure specialist. She's also professional and friendly. read more

This place is the worst. I came out with ingrown toe nails messed up eyebrows and cuts while getting a manicure. I think the girl's name ia Gina. The owners are terrible. After going to a local nail salon and having my nails done poorly i decided to try nj perfect nails. The salon was very clean and everyone was friendly.Andy did my acrylic fill, he did a wonderful job, i would highly recommend going to nj perfect nails. read more

I have tried many, many, many nail salons over the years. NJ Perfect Nails is the ONLY place that does the BEST job ever. They are always accommodating, friendly and this shop is always so clean! Will never go any where else. read more
