Absolutely the best facials and massages around!! Cindi's fingers are magic. I have seen her once a month for years. She listens to my needs but also can feel areas that need some extra TLC and work out those knots. Kerian has transformed my skin. I love that she takes the time to educate me on the process and the products. I've struggled with break outs because of the masks and she has helped me to clear up those areas as well. read more

My best friend and I booked a quick over night get away and wanted to get a spa day in. I booked our services Kerian at Skin 'n Tonic and loved her right from our 1st conversation. We were welcomed right away, communication was flawless from booking to entering. The space was inviting relaxing and clean. I had no safety concerns what so ever. We had massages by Cindi & Facials by Kerian and we cannot wait to go back. Kerian educates us both on best skin care practices but just took the best care of us. We both felt like our skin was glowing and absolutely felt relaxed. read more

Had a 90 min massage with Cindy today, and it was magical. She truly listened to my needs and got rid of a huge migraine I walked in with! I also had some nerve issues on my feet that was was put to the test when I went and worked a 10 hour bartending shift after. My entire body normally hurts after a shift, and I went home feeling wonderful. I am new to the area and glad I found this spot, will definitely be making many returning visits. read more

This is an awesome place tucked in the middle of nowhere. (Don't bite me peeps, anything that is not center city is the middle of nowhere for me) What can be better than a spa with Australian ideology, roomy place, and skilled staff? Got a facial from Jeniffer, she was gentle and efficient. I REALLY loved the smell of the cleanser and toner, made me feel like I'm far far away :) read more

Just got a hair cut and color here with Meghan and love what she's done with my challenging head of hair. She completely respected my return to more "budget" friendly coloring and a haircut that I'll be able to grow a bit before the next visit. I'll be returning! The spa looks calming and inviting too! Quiet, friendly, skilled and well priced that is local. sealed deal! read more

Kerian and the staff at Skin N' Tonic are top notch. The online scheduling was very easy and I was able to get an appointment quickly. The treatment was awesome and I feel great. Being new to the area I know it's hard to find gems like this place and I am glad I did. read more

I would give this place a 0 if it wasn't for the spa technicians that did a great job. However from the moment I contacted the place I was treated rudely by the manager and she was just plain rude during our visit. To the point of just making me and my group feel just unwelcome and we couldn't wait to get out of there. Just because of that, we will never go to that place again. The prices are not cheap so I was expecting much better treatment. read more

Frizz-free blow out on a day with 95% humidity. I looked fabulous for the wedding that I had to attend. Brian saved my hair from the ravages of the late July weather. It lasted through my friend's wedding, her after-party and even looked great when I woke up the next morning. If only he could do my hair every day. read more

I love skin n tonic. I have been coming for many years now and absolutely love the way Kerian creates a facical just for me. She takes the time to explain everything and never ever pressure you to buy anything. My skin never looked better since I have come to skin ntonic. I also love the massages I have a bad back and always leave feeling 100% better. I can't say how much the staff and the atmosphere creates a warm and relaxing atmosphere read more

The most amazing massage I have ever had! I only had a 60 minute, but it felt much longer. My therapist used hot towels and stones for additional relaxation. Do yourself a favor and go here! read more

I have been visiting Kerian and her team for over 10 years and the services provided through facials, massages and haircare are fantastic. Recently I absolutely loved a new facial from Kerian with a new range of products called Rhonda Allison, it's hands down my fave one so far (and I get them regularly). The take home travel size are perfect for my profession that also requires me to be on camera and under lights. The attention to detail from Kerian and her team makes this spot an absolute pleasure to visit and relax in. Do yourself a favor, treat yourself ot one of their many services. read more

This is the best spa/salon in the area. Kerian and her whole staff are knowledgeable and professional and a lot of fun. The massages are fabulous and the hair stylists are wonderful. Would highly recommend read more

I have been a client of Kerian and Skin 'n Tonic since 2009. Kerian established a very simple skin care routine for me that is simple, yet effective. I love that no two facials are the same as she will change her plan on the fly based upon what she is seeing and the results are amazing! I also love the Kerian carries a very affordable product line. My skin is fabulous thanks to Kerian! Kelsey is also amazing and always makes me feel welcomed at the salon. I don't feel like a client at Skin 'n Tonic, instead I feel like a friend. read more

I received a call today to address my concerns and the matter was addressed very professionally. That was a class-act move on the part of management. Very nicely handled and thank you for your attention to your clients. read more

I have been going to Kerian and her staff for several years and there is no one I trust more with my skin, hair and general well being. Besides making me look great, they were able to cure a hip problem I had for almost a full year when doctors and medication failed. Wonderful place no matter what service you select! read more

A friend booked a 3 hour spa package for both of us while I was in town. Several days before our spa day, the salon called to inform us they could not provide the third item in our package, the wash and blow dry. Instead we were told, not offered an express pedicure. My friend agreed when she was told that there would be two nail technicians and the pedicure would be done simultaneously. We agreed only because we felt we had no other options. The massage I received was excellent, the therapist professional. I would recommend her services. The esthetician was loony. Talked constantly about, well, nothing. Would not recommend her services. My friend finished and changed before me, and was already into her pedicure when I arrived into the nail area. I was told to chose my color and wait. Not having made the reservation I wasn't clear what should happen, but my friend immediately asked where's the other technician. We were told this technician would be doing my pedicure as well. At that point we were going into hour 4 in the salon, so I decided to forgo the pedicure and move on with the rest of the day. As far as spas go, not horrible but certainly not great. The employes were pleasant, including the loony tune doing the facials, and about what I expected for a small town spa, just very disappointed the package we reserved wasn't provided nor were the services as expected. Grade: C. read more

this place is fantastic. the staff are really friendly and professional - and they know what they're talking about. i've had a couple facials and pedicures here. try the facial from the ocean - super relaxing and the products are great. and the prices are reasonable for being in the lahaska/new hope area. i haven't gotten my hair done here, but how could you go wrong with a Bumble and bumble salon? read more

I have been getting facials and massages at Skin n Tonic on my own, with my daughters, and friends for years. The experience is always top notch! My favorite combo is an express facial, 60 minute massage with 30 minutes of reflexology. Following Kerian's skin product recommendations has significantly improved my skin. I can't recommend Skin n Tonic enough!!!! read more

I have been going to Skin 'n Tonic for about 4 years now. I started going when my skin suddenly became problematic (when it never had been). I was skeptical of facials and had the misconception they didn't really do anything. Well.....after seeing Kerian multiple times I became a believer. This place is the best spa in the area by far. In fact I now travel from Boston a couple times a year specifically to see Kerian because I trust her completely. Unlike other spas who give each person an off-the-shelf service, Kerian tailors every facial EVERY TIME to the individual. I do not think I've ever had exactly the same service as she tweaks her process depending on how your skin is at that point in time. My skin is no longer problematic and I feel like I leave even more knowledgeable about my skin and what works/doesn't work enabling me to keep it healthy between visits. Kerian also will consult with me from afar if I run into issues. She cares about the people she sees! Skin 'n Tonic is the ONLY place to go. read more
