First time here and very impressed. Everything was clean and sanitized. They were very busy so we had to wait about 25-30 minutes but not too bad. Staff was courteous. I got the dip color in French manicure and a pedicure. My stepdaughter got a full set. She bites her nails and literally had nothing there. Considering what they had to work with, I think they did an excellent job on her. My nails and feet look and feel fabulous! I will be back. I paid $113 + $20 tip for 1 full set, 1 dip color and 1 Spa pedicure. read more

$5 extra dollar for then to use the scrubber on your feet when you are already paying $35 for a pedicure. I get my feet done often but at different places and have never heard of such a thing. Once you start up charging for things that should be included people will start to really stay away! read more

This place will over-charge you if they think they can get away with it- my first (and now last) time here was such a disappointment. While getting a manicure and pedicure I told the tech how I recently moved to the area. Once it was time to pay she told me what seemed to be a very high price for what I had gotten done. I asked her to show me the prices and she refused, while throwing different prices around out to me and trying to add on things I had not gotten done. Unfortunately it was clear to me she was intentionally trying to take advantage of me. I felt extremely uncomfortable and it was honestly some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have never had anything similar to that happen to me at any other nail salon in the years that I've been getting my nails done. I brought a gift certificate for my wife to have her nails done in February 2020 for $75. If this was a gift card instead of a certificate in PA they have to honor it for 5 years from the purchase date. Not this place because they issue certificates not cards. They gladly received my money that day but when my wife wanted to redeem it in August 2021 they said it has no value. They are apparently in business to make money only. They do not worry about customer service at all. I will never again use this place and I will make sure everyone knows that they will take your money, provide no service and say they are following the law. If this was a card vs a certificate they would have to honor the transaction; so beware when buying a certificate in PA. Scum bag businesses can take your money and provide no service and no refund and its legal because it was written on a paper vs issuing a card. I should know better because any company that has so many poor reviews cannot be a good company. They have zero customer service and hide behind piss poor policy as it relates to customers. DO NOT GO HERE!! You can save money and save yourself a crappy service by doing them yourself! From now on I'll probably do my nails at home. I went in 3 days before my cruise to get a pedicure and gel manicure. My rough feet were not scrubbed and the caluces (?) we're not removed. The massage he gave my legs was actually painful at one point and I had to pull my leg away. A different technician did my nails. I picked gel polish. I asked that the ring fingers be a different color. I was watching the tv and didn't realize she painted the ring finger on my left hand but the middle finger on the right and the gels were already set. My mistake because I should have been paying attention better. She scrubbed and scraped to get it off (painful). I was also upset that my cuticles weren't pushed back which I didn't notice until the end so of course my nails would look 2 weeks old in just a couple of days. Within 5 days my pedicure started chipping! When I do it at home my pedicure won't chip for a long time! The gel nails chipped within a week. They also were lifting from the tips of my nails. I've been to this place several times and I always leave exhausted from the wait. I walked in around 10:45 a.m. and walked out around 1p.m. When I walked in, there wasn't any one waiting. There was a lady at pedicure and two other customers getting done. A worker called me to a table and wrapped my nails in foil. I then sat there with my nails wrapped in foil for over an hour and a half. There were 6 workers but only three were working. One stepped out and the others were in the back of salon talking. Oh and how can I forget a lady that kept walking in and out of the bathroom. I thought she was the cleaning lady until she came up to my table to do my nails. I couldn't believe I waisted three hours of my time in this unprofessional establishment. The funny thing was they had no customers waiting! Just me and another girl waiting to get her nails done. I'm done with this place! If you have time to waste sitting in a salon for half a day go right ahead. Not me, never again! read more

ugh. As far as manicures, they do an average job. Nothing to write home about, and nothing to fume over either. Just average. However, last time I was there with my mother, the lady doing her nails was the rudest women I had ever met. I don't know if she was just in a bad mood, or if she thinks it's ok to be down right mean to people, but it was unacceptable. My mother and I don't get our nails done often. It's a special treat when we go, and it should be a pleasant experience. Looking over at my mom, she looked like a second grader that had just gotten scolded. The lady was giving her one worded, sharp instructions on where to place her hands and when my mom had a question (god forbid) she was answered in a very "matter of fact" way. On top of this, for an average manicure, they are overpriced. It would be nice to go back because of convenience in location, but I won't for the simple fact that the lady was mean to my mom. Let me start off by saying I can do my own acrylic nails, but I wanted to treat myself for once. I called and made an appointment and I brought a picture of how I wanted them which I'll also post here. First off she set my phone which contained the picture on top of someone else old acrylic nail tips. the station was filthy and it smelt like mildew. Like all nail salons they talk about you in a different language but here they made it SO obvious. they were even pointing at my nails and the picture and laughing. She didn't shape them anything like the picture and the shape is not hard to do at all. she also cut me with the file. I also brought my own polish. she missed a few spots and didn't fix them either. then when I went to pay they told me 38$ because it's a french tip. a full set is 28$, she said longer nails are 3$, and french is 7$. I went there one time before this and wasn't charged 3$ for long nails. the lady doing my nails never told me any of this because I would've stopped her right there if I knew. I will never go back here again. it was the worst experience ever. if I could put negative stars I would. read more

Do not recommend . Went there one time before. The lady that did my nails was not friendly at all,was on her phone the whole time. Wanted an ombré. And basically just looked terrible. Had to go somewhere else to get them fixed. Had to go because was in a pinch and Last time I felt I was basically dismissed, there was only one person waiting. Really pleasant place to drop in for powder dip Nails. Everything looks brand new, and my nails look great!

I went in for a fill they told me the acrylic was pulling they needed to take it off that they can give me a manicure that the gel polish would be OK on my nails. Well four days later four nails are broke I called them after three days I asked if they could put gel on them they said no I need a new set of tips put on. So you charged me $40+ dollars to remove my acrylic and gel polish and now you tell me I need a new set why so you can charge me $40+ more in four days? Never had this problem anywhere else. Oh yeah not my first issue here I went there 6+ months ago and they cut into three of my nail beds and for weeks anytime I put my hands in hot water it was very painful. I see nothing has changed I WILL NEVER go there for a third time. Go somewhere else. read more
