When I called & VERY nicely explained what happened she actually said, "we tried to tell you not to get that type of polish but you got it anyway." Maybe there was a language barrier or maybe I misunderstood but instead of accusing the customer of being the cause of the awful job done (after they redid the 3 fingernails for only $5) maybe take some responsibility. Jason is the only person on this world who I will let wax my eyebrows - because let's be honest, they're very important! :) this is a small nail salon but their prices are amazing and their work is wonderful. They're worth a try if not all of your nail and waxing must haves! $6 for eyebrow waxing, $35 for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I always leave a good tip, they definitely deserve it!!
