He offered & installed two converter replacements but the truck did not accept them and the engine light kept coming on. I brought the truck back multiple times for Joe to remedy but he couldn't figure it out. So I was instructed to remove the parts and return them for a full reimbursement but when I came back with the parts, Joe refused to reimburse me and refused to take back the parts. So now we have to take legal action to recoup the $2600, oh also I was told by Joe that "he doesn't care".
