I called corporate and the regional manager returned my call after a week and a half off me reaching out to the number provided here on the Yelp reply. The regional manager resolved the ticket with satisfactory outcome.

Told them to give me my keys after which they said I would be next. 15 minutes later they tried to get me to buy a battery, flush brake system, rotate tires and clean out fuel injection system. I will NOT be bringing my vehicles there anymore.
