Speaking as someone who's office is their home or closest Starbucks; they have really set this up for someone exactly like me. What do I do at Fed Ex Office. -Full Page Color Prints (Do you know how much ink that takes up from my inkjet printer?). It is completely worth the 1 dollar per color print. -They have free wifi if you bring your laptop (baller) - Fully functional (never been broken when I've been) xerox machines - You can have them make signs and banner - They have a laminating machine (2.50 for 8x11 is a little pricey) , but then again... how often am I laminating things. Ok... a lot. I've considered purchasing a laminating machine at home. Do I need it ? No... but it would save me... I would laminate more... things would last longer soo I would spend as much....I mean really how expensive are they... 20-40 bucks on amazon... oh I'm totally getting one.. should I though... [sorry you had to witness that internal monologue convincing myself to get a laminating machine- it happens bi weekly]. Everyone has been super nice when I've been there. They're are always wiling to help, and the last and most important thing they do is ship. When's the last time you've been to a post office? It's brutal if you going during peak hours (which a lot of the time). I've also never encountered a friendly post office worker. It's almost like they're trained not to show emotion. In conclusion (how I ended all papers from 5th grade to Freshman year of college), I think that Fed Ex Office is a top notch facility that is always ready and willing to help.

This is the complete opposite experience I have had at the Falls Church and Main Street locations where if an item is not completed, I will receive a phone call well in advance to let me know the issue and when I can pick up. Since I was on a tight deadline, I sent a (pre-authorized) person to pick up the completed order at a later time that afternoon and they also gave this person a whole lot of sass. Lack of professionalism, reliability, and accessible parking has made this place a no go for me.

Despite having the proofs turned in days ahead of our wedding, the shop didn't initiate the print until the day before the wedding. When we called to get an update, they told us the machine was down but that we'd have our order before we left town for the rehearsal. When we followed up before leaving town we received snark and an attitude from the associate on the phone, saying it wasn't complete and they didn't have an estimated time of completion. We ended up having to send a family member back to Fairfax to get the prints before they closed, causing that family member to miss out on our rehearsal dinner. We will not be using Allegra again.
