Only issue was coming time to pay like many companies these days they want an up charge for credit cards! Some people just need to use them for big ticket iteams like this could be. We immediately received a quote and a date for the project. Timberline kept to that date and kept us updated as to their arrival time. We are very happy with the service we received from Erich and the crew (Jake, Julian, Neil G., Corey, Zachary, Neil A.) Everyone was very friendly and professional and we learned that some of the crew members had been with the company for nearly twenty years. They worked together seamlessly. They took great care around fencing, exposed sprinkler lines, and other trees. Flush cutting the stump was more difficult than expected but they did a great job, especially given the proximity to an above ground drip line. We couldn't be more pleased with the results and the care they provided.

They cleaned up even the yard waste I had created in another area of the front yard while they were working on the tree. Thorough and yet efficient, and kept in touch leading up to the work being done, and followed up with me on the quote they initially gave me without being impatient or pushy. They were patient too, since it took from fall, for the initial quote, to February before I was able to schedule the work. I had requested another company's quote and just got a better detailed description of what all they planned or thought was needed to do (and why) than the other company, so I went with Treasure Tree & Landscape.
