You are credited with $15 for breakfast for whatever you want in the cafe. We ordered a couple of breakfast sandwiches. The sandwiches were very good. They have a gym downstairs. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate throughout my entire experience. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! On 7/16, I called to inquire about the availability of a king room while traveling with my two pups. AK was so friendly and helpful, clearly explaining all expectations, policies, and fees upfront. When it came time to check in, his professionalism and genuine kindness were even more evident in person. Thank you, AK, for taking such great care of my family! As for the hotel itself, I upgraded to a king room and was very pleased with the amenities available. The complimentary breakfast was served in a clean, welcoming environment, which made for a great start to the day. I also appreciated that if you forget an essential item, such as a toothbrush, they have one available for a very affordable price in a tiny booth with other items as well! The room and bedding were pristine, clean, and comfortable. I truly felt welcomed throughout my stay. I would absolutely recommend La Quinta to anyone looking for an affordable, clean hotel with excellent amenities--and, most importantly, amazing staff members like AK who make the experience memorable. Thank you, AK and the La Quinta team, for a wonderful stay!

Then I realized the ants weren't just on the desk -- they were all over the floor and had gotten into my suitcase as well. I understand that pests can happen, but what bothered me just as much was how the situation was handled. When I brought it to the front desk, I was basically told, "Sorry about that," and offered a $30 refund on a $130 stay. I explained that ants had gotten into my belongings and that I would now have to go through my suitcase to make sure I wasn't bringing them home with me, but they would not offer anything further. For the price of the room, I expected a clean, pest-free space and a more appropriate response when there was clearly an ant problem in the room. I would not stay here again based on this experience.
