Stayed here Oct 2025 for 9 nights. Rm clean and beds comfortable. Shower had low pressure but no hose attachment so would be hard to rinse kids off well. Breakfast was ok but no hot cocoa or at the 24 hr coffee station. Wanted to change rooms because morning sun was too bright, even with blackout curtains, but they said they couldn't (even though to hotel wasn't full and no reason was given why they couldn't). Hotel printer broke around 8am and front desk man said would be fixed by the evening. All it needed was the computer administrator to punch a few buttons! Had to go to the library to print my pages! ice machine broke on 2nd floor, 3rd floor was out a lot. Water kept being empty in gym dispenser. location was great! would probably stay there again. read more

When I went to brush my teeth, the sink was not draining. Instead it was backing up with black chucks . After removing the sink drain I found it to be full of hair and gunk. I told front desk but they didn't seem too concerned. Same thing happened in bathtub . Seriously gross!!!! Bed was comfortable butI suspect bed bugs as I woke to bites all over my ankles and calves. This place is absolutely DISGUSTING!! STAY AWAY!!! After driving 6 hours from Las Vegas for a softball tournament, we didn't get to the hotel until a little after midnight. Once we checked in with our three kids we were exhausted. We went upstairs on the third floor. The elevator by the front was broke down we had to take all our stuff to the back (no parking anywhere.) We get to our room and we open the door and you could barely breathe it was so stuffy! Then what... The door handle to our hotel room fell off as soon as we shut the door! Come to find out they knew about it.. and several others! Talk about fire hazard as we couldn't get out of the room!!! The room was so dirty it looked like it wasn't cleaned in who knows how long and all they did was change the bed sheets (after a half a** cleaning job in who knows what they wash them in.. they also have letters written all over their linen.) We were so tired we didn't want to deal with it, and would deal with it the next day as our daughter had games the next day. The next day comes (it's been pouring rain to where they postponed the tournament until the following day.) We end up getting a new room.. having to move everything soaking wet was not fun. Come into our new room (next door to our old one) better than the other one.. but still disgusting!! Door knob has been screwed and hammered in to where it's about to fall off. The good thing about being next door we could just put the door piece in so the door didn't shut all the way and go back and forth. We left it open as they were coming to fix the door knob. They came and fixed the door knob and left the door open. Not our problem anymore, we had moved rooms. That night.. we come back from eating out around 10:30pm and walked down the hallway and a mother with her two little girls probably aged 6 and 8ish sitting in the hallway right outside our old room (the door was still open) THEY RENTED OUR OLD ROOM OUT TO HER WITHOUT EVEN CLEANING IT OR CHANGING THE BED SHEETS! We gave her a heads up and thankfully she left this trash place and saved herself!! There were no rooms anywhere in this town this weekend as it was BYU graduation so we unfortunately couldn't go else where or we would have! UPDATE- At check out I was accused of yelling and cussing at the staff when I asked for the manager to contact me and if I was so unhappy I could have went else where and I won't be hearing from them. They also tried refusing to give me a receipt and said I would get it via email. I told them I wanted a printed one, she handed it to me with a horrible attitude while having her kids in her hand! Very u professional. I told her she has camera footage right behind her and pointed to the camera! Mind you we had three other teammates staying here also, corporate will be hearing from us all. BLACK MOLD IN ROOMS! We stayed at the La Quinta on University Pkwy in Orem Utah from July 20th- 24th. Once entering the room 209 we noticed it had very visible black mold right by the shower. I went down to tell the front desk and was told it would be taken care of the next morning (as if you can fix black mold like that). The next day no one showed. I went down to the front again and asked to be moved to another room. They moved us to another room (224) which immediately when I entered I checked the bathroom. MORE very visible black mold but this one had fur from the spores (I put both the photos below). I told them again and they moved us to a new room. The hotel has also had no hot water for 2 days because their boiler is broken with no idea of when it will be fixed. I went to the front desk to ask about that and a very upset employee told me they didn't know what's going on and confided in me how the General Manager is the worst. They told me that the guy shows up whenever he wants and is an awful person to work for. Having visible black mold in multiple rooms, not having their boiler properly working, and treating employees the way they do needs to be fixed. The general manager and owner need to be held responsible. After reaching out for a refund they offered us a whole $30.... DO NOT STAY HERE. read more

Absolutely disgusting and needs a deep clean and new furniture. Besides clearly needing an update since there is dirt on the walls, chipped paint, broken doors in our King suite, room was absolutely filthy! Dried blood stains on the sheets and bed. The recliner in the room was so filthy and stained we did not sit on it. Room number 234 on the second floor, right next to the elevator. King Suite. My stay here started off rocky and got progressively worse, including a staff member defrauding me (and likely other guests too). Also bugs. The room hadn't been properly cleaned, there was trash on the floor of the bathroom, crumbs by the table, and what looked like boogers in the shower. Not great. Morning of my second day here, I was awoken by cleaners ignoring the "do not disturb" sign at about 11 am. Having only slept for about four hours, this left me groggy and angry. I declined their offer and went to make coffee. I couldn't make coffee because the plug was bent sideways. I called down to the front and was told there's nothing they could do. Fine. No coffee this stay. We're already at a one star review, but it gets worse. I went out that day, and when I returned that night, I went to get a bottle of water from the lobby. Nobody was at the desk, so I rang the bell. A minute or two later, the night desk girl came out of a side room way up front. "Hold on, ni**a, there's a customer. Whatchu need?" I told her I wanted to buy a bottle of water, she checked a sheet and said "three bucks" "Three bucks for a bottle of Costco water? Seems like a lot." "Mhm" I needed the water, so I bought it. "Aight ni**a, he gone" she said on the phone as I walked away. "Yes, I am gone" I said, still well within hearing range. The next day, I went out around noon and got another bottle of water. "How much is the water?" "Oh, 2 dollars" the day clerk told me, checking her sheet. "Uh, the desk clerk who likes dropping n-bombs charged me 3 last night." "Oh... Well it's definitely 2... And she calls me that too" Even though it's a dollar, that's a crime. That first clerk defrauded me and pocketed the extra dollar, all while on the phone with her "ni**as". Finally, last night I requested a late checkout. I was told 1pm, sounded fine to me. This morning I get a call at 9am telling me I have to check out by noon at the latest. Once again, barely any sleep and no coffee. This place is AWFUL. Don't stay here unless you're fine with being defrauded, dirty rooms, being woken up, being lied to, and slurs being used by front desk staff. If there was a zero out of five, that's what I'd give La Quinta on University. Avoid at all costs. Edit: packing up my clothes, I found roaches behind my bag and in my clothes. This is NASTY. How is this place even OPEN?!? I'm staying elsewhere from now on. I'm too old to stay in a hotel that acts like it caters to heroin addicts. -1/5 stars read more

Dirtiest hotel I've ever been to. We travel across the United States and we use la Quinta at least 40 times a year. We usually stay at this hotel. We were here in March, and the beds had sunken in mattress where you can feel every person who has slept on it. We let them know and they said they would take care of it. Well last night when we got in our room, we opened the door and there was candy, popcorn kernels, and beads all over the floor. Then we noticed that the floor was not even close to being cleaned in the rest of the room. Had pine needles and other debris everywhere. Floor was super sticking and there was urine stains that weren't cleaned up by the toilet. The hideaway couch was disgusting. Has stains all over it and the mattress was bad. The bathroom soap dish wasn't clean, looked used. Had dirt in the shower so I went to move the sliding door and the handle fell off. The beds where still the same, horrible. We tried talking to the front staff, was super rude and said they had no rooms available except a double bed. My dad is 6 foot 7, and we made these reservations two weeks ago. Then at 1am right after we got our room clean, by us, the power went out for 3 hours. Tried calling with the landline, which worked, but they never would pick it up, or came to see how people were doing. No emergency generator kicked on. People were sleeping in cars and leaving cause they couldn't get back in their roomS. My father has sleep apnea, and couldn't use his mask as well as I. Went to talk to the manager, because the kid last night said they were going to be in, they weren't there. They told my dad that they wouldn't be in till 10:30. I find it hard to believe that the power went out for so long and the manager didn't come in early knowing people would be upset? Never staying here again. So gross. And about 4-5 days later after it took my dad calling multiple times everyday with no answer cause the manager was always "gone", he finally got through to the manager on email. He said basically cause we put an HONEST REVIEW up, he will not be refunding anything or helping us out. After our Penske truck broke down, we needed a place to stay. We called because we have dogs. They helped us find a close hotel and got us in late. The customer service from everyone was wonderful. Room was clean and warm and private. I was worried bc we had the room next to the elevator but we heard nothing from outside the room and we're able to rest. The following day, Penske messed up again and we were delayed hours, the La Quinta staff reassured us to not worry, they would keep us warm and safe until Penske got things fixed. I am so very happy we found this hotel during this stressful time. Their breakfast was very good as well. ;) A special thank you to the staff working, we really appreciate you! read more

I would never stay here besides the water issue the rooms are dirty there was hairs in the bed, and frankly, it doesn't seem like they care I would never stay here! They are completely aware of the problem yet they continue to book and rent out to people. They are now using it as low income housing and have people barbecuing out of the back of pick up trucks in the parking lot ! read more

Horrible hotel. Disgustingly dirty!!! Stains all over furniture and floors. Bathroom light didn't work. Room key all the sudden stopped working last two days and we were missing items from our room and had a weird stain on floor . Someone came into our room! Breakfast is minimal, hot tub and pool beware! There is a crack in the skylight above them and worried that glass could shatter and fall onto someone ! Beds are not larger they are not queens . Stayed here for my brothers dance competition. It was held in UVU so it was a great location. The front desk was friendly enough. The rooms were great. They were clean. My only gripe was that the beds are clearly old and have dents in them so it was extremely uncomfortable. Other than that, it was a pretty decent stay. Never got to have their breakfast but from what I saw, it was decent as well. Scrambled eggs, meats, all that. If I had to come to Orem again, I'd probably stay here again! I rarely write reviews however I am compelled to write this one. We stayed at this hotel on July 9. We had upwards of 100 bugs in our room windowsill, blowing in the A/C, bathroom, and on the first floor near the elevator. Additionally the back security entrance failed and was wide open. Trash was overflowing, and two vehicles utilized the accessible parking spots with no obvious need. (The cars were filled with teens and a large passenger van appeared to have a team of youth in it.) our daughter is a power wheelchair user and our van is a side loading ramp. At 11pm we would have loved the accessibility to unload her and not have to make a bunch of vehicle maneuvers to get the wheelchair out. When I raised the bug issue with the young man at the desk, he knew it was an issue, and offered $30 off the room. I just read another review that another person just two days ago experienced the same. We generally appreciate the quality of this brand but we could not leave this hotel fast enough. It's a pity because the room set up was great for our accessibility needs, and privacy. To the hotel management: do better please! read more

I had higher expectations for this hotel, as I am a loyal La Quinta frequent flier. It did the job: put a roof over my head for one night. Pros: - Easy access off the freeway - Decent location (next to restaurants/CVS) - Comfortable beds & clean sheets - Reasonable price ($136 for 2 queens/Sat. night) - No pet fee - A few, very small grassy areas for dogs to do their business (dog bag stations were not stocked) - Breakfast was yummy and selection was good (if you got there early). It's from 7-9am so get there when it first opens. - Nice, clean sitting room in the lobby. Cons: - No one at check-in desk when I arrived - The shower water would go from hot and cold the entire time, literally freezing to incredibly hot - Paper thin walls. I'm convinced a trainer from Yellowstone brought a herd of buffalo to the hotel and they were staying above my room. The buffalo were roaming around until 12:30am. - Kids running up and down the halls, shrieking until the wee hours of the night. Staff did nothing to quiet them. - I must've slept well (after the buffalos and kids settled down) due to the secondary high I got from all the marijuana fumes. Pretty sure Willie Nelson, Cheech & Chong were staying in the 3 rooms next to mine. - Upon arrival, a man was standing outside the lobby with suitcases and a shopping cart - he's not a bellboy, he's homeless. If you are just staying in the room, this place isn't bad. However, I don't think I would stay here again due to the staff's inability to regulate or intervene with any of the rule breaking (despite them knowing about it & the kids being reported). I'm not a Karen but don't think people should be partying out in the hallways until 1AM. If you are going to stay here, ask for a top floor room (or pray you don't have buffalos above you). read more

We stayed at this La Quinta for about a week with our 2 dogs. We travel with our dogs often and this hotel was probably one of the worst ones we've been to. The pros: - Super cheap compared to other pet friendly hotels. - Large parking lot - Big rooms with king bed, desk, chair, etc. The cons: - The room we stayed in smelt very odd. The window did not have a screen so we were unable to open the window for fresh air - Breakfast was never served on time. We were told at check in that breakfast was served at 6am Mon-Fri. We went to grab some breakfast around 6:15am and nothing was ready. We tried again the next day around 6:20am and again nothing was put out. We finally gave up and had to eat breakfast out for the remainder of our stay. - The water temperature in the sink was constantly hot. No cold water at all. - The shower was dirty (fingerprints on the handle, hair around the base of the shower) The handle on the shower door was very loose as well. - WiFi was horrible! Luckily we bring our own hot spot when we travel. - The mini fridge had hair inside of it and had not been deep cleaned in awhile. - We were given 2 towels for 2 people for an entire week. Every other hotel we've stayed at has given us at least 4 towels. We ended up asking the front desk for extra towels. - Neighbors and other guests are extremely loud. We had a family staying in 2 rooms (one next to us and the other across from us) They hung out in the hallway for hours. They had 3 or 4 kids with them who constantly ran across the hallway screaming and slamming doors. This went on until close to 10pm. - The TV remote is very delayed. You enter a channel number and wait about 30 seconds for the channel to change. Also, the TV would randomly shut off and change channels. - The room itself was very dirty. Stained pillow cases, hair everywhere, lamp shades were dirty, baseboards need a deep cleaning, etc. If you are looking for a place to stay in/near Orem I highly recommend staying somewhere else. We booked this hotel based on our past experiences at La Quinta hotels. Unfortunately this location was nothing like the other La Quinta hotels we've stayed at. read more

My wife and I give this joint a big F for the following reasons: 1. Shower emitted cold and hot water. Impossible to take just a normal shower with a steady water temperature. 2. Rooms are not anywhere close to sound-proof. You can hear the guest in the room next to you "breathe". 3. Eggs at breakfast must be from a powder-mix. Tasted like card-board. 4. Front-desk is asleep at the wheel. They did not respond by phone when we tried to reach them. Apparently, the person on shift acts as manager, clerk...and chef! Ridiculous! Spend some money and staff this place correctly. 5. House-keepers were the laziest, rudest employees I've ever experienced...in any country I visited around the world. A shocking surprise since Utah is an exceptionally friendly state. Will not return unless there is a major management overhaul here. My recent trip to Orem to visit friends I booked here because it was about a 5-minute drive to their house. What I found was a super friendly staff and management, clean rooms, and a great price. The place is nice and quiet and is close to Walmart and other shopping centers and restaurants. I booked a suite so my little guy had his own separate room. For the price, we got a big room with amenities like a microwave, coffee maker and a fridge. Sounds standard I know but when you are away from home for a week it's nice to have this kind of stuff, especially when traveling with a kid. It was totally worth the money. They do offer breakfast here, but due to Covid it was pretty limited but it was enough to get by in the mornings. I decided to stay an extra night and book it on my credit card points. The points only allowed me to book a standard room, I called down to the front desk and they upgraded me at no charge to stay in my current room. Once again great service. I have stayed at quite a few different hotels in California and a handful in Utah, yet this is the first time I have stayed at a La Quinta in Utah. When arriving at first it is a little deceiving as the location is behind another hotel to the front, coming off of the main street. So follow the driveway down and you will see the check-in parking lot. We arrived a day early, so we booked an additional night, which was not a big deal, however it required two deposits of $100.00. The first reservation was pre-paid for 7 days and they retained a $100.00 deposit. However, they retained an additional $100.00 for the single day, which was not released until we finished our stay of 7 days. Hence, $200.00 was retained as a deposit on my credit card. That's a little annoying, yet they did release the $200.00 deposits within 24 hours of our checking out. First impressions, the lobby area is very nicely decorated and large. There are several seating areas and they have a large counter area to the right and a service area to the rear of the room. The check in was smooth and do make sure you provide your vehicle license plate and description because they do Tow vehicles from the parking lot. I watched two cars get carted away during my stay. I got a room with two queen size beds and it is very large with a lot of room to move about in. To my immediate right when entering is a closet with a door. This housed complementary hangers, a decent steam Clothing Iron and an Ironing board. Just beyond that to the right is the bathroom, which has French door access. It boasts a single basin sink and plenty of counter space for all of your personal grooming gear. There is also an in-house hair dryer available. Within the entry-way, there is a shelf area that houses a coffee pot and all of the essentials to make a decent cup of coffee, using single use packs. The room has a large dresser which houses a mid-sized personal refrigerator and to the right of that is a standard microwave. This makes preparing any TV dinners or heating up some leftovers easy. Beyond that is a nice desk with an office chair if you need to get work done or write reviews. There are 110V plugs everywhere, yet the best part is the alarm clock, which has USB plugs and regular 110V plugs. So charging your computer, lap-top, tablets and everything else is not a problem. They have a small gym area that has an elliptical machine, two exercise bikes, two treadmills and free weights. The pool and spa is indoors, which is nice on those cold snowy days. The pool is not "Heated" but it is also not bone chilly cold, it is temped. The spa is nice; however I would suggest using it later at night because during day time hours it was inundated with children and their parents. Both the pool and spa have ADA (Americans with Disabilities) hydraulic chairs for use and access by everyone. Note that the pool area does close at 10pm, so hit it at about 8pm to 9pm and your experience should be child free, if you are looking for a quiet relaxing time. Yes, I did save the best part for last,... Morning Breakfast from 6am to 10 am. As stated I have stayed at a lot of hotels over the years and breakfast usually consists of a pot of Luke warm coffee and some muffins spread out on a tray. Nope! Not here! You will be pleasantly surprised with scrambled eggs, sausage, a waffle making station with a cast-iron 180 degree turn waffle maker that makes mini and full size waffles and country potatoes. No, it gets better from there. You can get orange juice or apple juice with re-fills, yogurt, fruit cup, fresh fruit (Apples, Oranges and Bananas), chocolate, blueberry or banana nut muffins or a croissant. I do not usually, get up early and granted they are open until 10 for breakfast, but I was inspired to get up early every morning. Oh, and coffee is available until 10pm at night. If you are looking for snacks they also have a small store area where you can get candy bars, chips, cup of noodles and frozen burritos and other stuff around the clock. In conclusion, I would say that if you have a group wanting to meet up for business or pleasure, as they do also have a large conference room as well, this is your place. Staying as two guests, It was very quiet and going outside in the evening was very peaceful. Where I am from, I am use to hearing traffic noise, people, sirens, helicopters, the gambit. It is eerily quiet here and you cannot hear the other guests from inside your room, so the sound proofing is spot on. Overall a great experience. Would I suggest La Quinta? Yes! Will I be back? We stayed at this hotel 2 nights. April 12th and 13th.The first night we got in late. We did not take showers as we had just taken them when we left our house earlier that day. There was smeared feces on the toilet seat. The next day we were out and about and came back to the hotel around 9 pm. My husband showered, and the dove body wash they had mounted on the wall smelled of urine. Completely disgusting and we through his loofa away. So he went to take a bath in the soaked tub and when we turned on the jets, a big ball of hair came out. The coffee table had a broken leg and the floors were filthy. As well as very little hot water. When I complained to the front desk staff at check out on the 14th, she stated she could offer me half off my second night. For as many issues as we had, I feel half off is a slap on the face. I sent an email to the manager. Finally today, April 19th 2023, I got the response posted below. I contacted the front desk again. She stated she could give me the half off. I took it. When getting in the shower today, my daughter then noticed I have ring worm on my back. Ring worm has a 4-10 day incubation period. Only place it could have come from. I'm LIVID. And the hotel manager doesn't even want to make it right. If I could fly be a ZERO I would. read more

This La Quinta has really upped upped the bar for other hotels in the brand. Very well appointed, big room, nice outdoor sitting area and good pool. I can't say enough about the room, very fresh and well decorated. The towels were Ritz Carlton quality. The only thing that stopped from getting five stars was the breakfast. At 6:00 when I got my coffee the eggs were freshly scrambled with nice bacon. But by the time we ate they had substituted artificial egg patties and old sausage links, very disappointing. Overall, a great place to stay and a good bargain. read more

Ambiance/Food: As we enter, the front lounge was nice. Large seating area for hang out and their free continental breakfast in the morning. Some single seat table area has plugs for computers and cell phones. Breakfast is very simple. There are no meat items. Simply small danishes, cereal, instant oatmeal, toast, make your own waffle area, boiled eggs, juices, coffee and teas. Enough to get you started through your day so not complaining too much. This place is so hard to navigate. Lots of one way streets. Very confusing. Room: Pretty decently large room. Love their large long table/desk. Perfect for business stay when you have a lot of paperwork to do. Has microwave and fridge which i alway try to book rooms with. So much more convenient. Too bad i did give it 3 stars for it being somewhat dirty. I was itching at night and got a few bites from the bed. The over bed couch had a lot of stains. Gross. The shower head had loads of calcium deposits etc. Should either clean it or change it out because its definitely not appealing. Service: Lady was really nice but either she's super slow or customers cant stop asking a thousand questions. How long does it take to check it? What do you absolutely need to know. Geez. read more

I've been here 5 nights, paid for by my work and reserved for another five. Within the FIRST 4 DAYS there were drug and human trafficking bust both morning and night that brought 10-15 squad cars. I got triggered the first night and thought I'd drive to get done Takeout food. But as I about got in my car I looked down to see a full zip lock bag full of methamphetamine and a needle, apparently dropped during the chase. I went back upstairs and it took the officers another hour to see it, yet they were parked right near it. I asked what in the world is going on here, they totally denied knowing or being told of the the consecutive busts. I've emailed corporate, wanting a different hotel, the front desk is unresponsive. I understand covid concerns, but in a hotel I want clean sheets. But they will only exchange towels. I'm booked here nearly two weeks and I can't get sheets, vacuuming, etc! Good luck sleeping here, the illicit activties go on around the clock. I think I'll sleep in my van at the Walmart next door. This place is terrifying, unsafe, and unconcerned. I train law enforcement and organizations on human trafficking. I know what it looks like, as I try to explain to the front desk clerk, she assures me she "checks ID" so she's POSITIVE there's no trafficking here. I've reported it to the National human trafficking hotline Polaris, but all they can do is make a paper trail there's not much to do unless they actually have women testify or tell the police that they are being sold for money I've seen this happen it's gang-related trafficking at this particular hotel as I've seen the guys out on the walkie talkies calling into the rooms while the girls have sex buyers with them demanding that the buyers give them another $50 that they were going to coming into the room. I have worked in some pretty scary places in large cities but the small City in Orem Utah and this particular Hotel is one of the worst I've ever seen good luck sleeping here I couldn't and nobody seems to respond to any of the issues going on I want to take back that one star because they deserve nothing unbelievable because the police are obviously aware what's going on here. That has not been shut down.. And 3 bust in 4 days I can't take it. I've emailed the executive offices, called many numbers, and I've received ZERO response. The first thing we noticed when we walked in was a bedspread covered in dog hair, something that looked like old scrambled eggs & other odd stains on a perfectly made bed. We called the front desk and they replaced it right away, but I couldn't help but wonder what else was dirty in the room. The bathroom had an acrid odor. Whatever the cleaner they use to clean it is HORRIBLE! Just the thought of it makes me gag. The front desk staff was very pleasant and they deserve 5 stars. The pool is nice and gets 4 stars. The cleanliness of the room gets 2 stars. We will not be staying here again. read more

Great place to stay, especially for the price. We got a King suite for $69. Located near Utah Lake with gorgeous Mountain View, it is also easy access to major freeways to go to Provo or Salt Lake City. Walkable to Super Walmart and busses (not that we're walking anywhere in one of the coldest winters Utahns experience). Room is spacious and clean, with easy access to many stairways and doors leading to the parking lot and your car. Friendly and Efficient staff. Pet Friendly. This is a great place for families to stay while traveling through Provo SLC corridor. read more

Terrible service, people seemed incredibly racist, abrasive, and, discriminatory, both in my stays in the past and sadly in an interview I was graced with I showed up 10 minutes early, announced I was here for my interview and the front desk man said the interview just left, I texted my interview no response he respond 15 min past my interview Time and says he will be back soon I can reschedule if I would like I made time I traveled a great distance I put aside responsibility to be at the interview I said I would wait and he assured me I he would be back in 5 min I proceeded to wait an hour he shows up refuses to look at me asks two questions barely apologizes for being late and assures me he will reach out To let me know if I'm a die for the position or not, mind you it's Wednesday, a week later no response and I text the number saying " thank you for the incredible unprofessional experience and waste of time I will be writing a bad yelp review" my first response back " I will be alerting the police" never go here terrible coffee, unprofessional awkward stuff, incredibly unclean. read more

Much nicer than expected. It had 3 star reviews but it was much better. The facilities were spotless. The room was big and very clean. The sink looked like the Hilton. The bed had a plush padding and down comforter. Lots of pillows. Breakfast was perfect. And it had a great view of the mountains. The other side had a great view of the valley. Much better than any la Quinta I've stayed at. Plus the price was very good. Highly recommend!! read more

I want to like this place a lot more than I do. But I don't. Pros: Friendly staff Value priced View of the lake Wifi Cons: Beds way too soft, had to sleep with a pillow under my knees to save my back. Very noisy plumbing, noisy enough to wake you up. View of lake undone by bright lights shining in window. Huge gap under door let in lots of light and sound. Noisy ice machine on our floor broken. Not an easy area to walk around in. An extra $10-20 might get you a better hotel. read more

Stunned how much we enjoyed this hotel! The room was immaculate and looked brand new. It was well laid out, with a small kitchen alcove that allowed for a quieter room. The shower was amazing. Safe area, incredible bonus that the front of the hotel faces a massive lake (10mis away...but it made for a pretty sunset from our 4th floor room) that you can see from the outdoor patio tables and jacuzzi. Breakfast was standard hot fare but there are so many amazing places nearby that it really didn't matter. Staff was very helpful and genuinely friendly. And, you can take your pets there!!!!!!!! read more

I stayed here with a friend and it seemed okay. I wouldn't book again just because of how the rooms are set up. The doors are facing each other and the walls seemed thin. It just doesn't seem very clean... but we needed a place overnight last minute. So I guess it works if you need something quickly. read more

I shouldn't even give it one star because of my experience. In August two friends and I were attending classes at BYU and stayed for four nights. On the 2nd night our room was broken into. A police report was filed. Over $2000 worth of stuff was taken. We were then broken into the NEXT NIGHT AGAIN!!! There are no security cameras in the halls and the police said the crime rate is high in that area. There was no compensation for our stolen goods. DO NOT stay in that hotel. read more

Nice hotel but we picked this place because it was pet friendly and had a hot breakfast. Well since COVID that do not serve hot breakfast any more they have brown bags with nutri grain bar muffin and plastic wear packet. They do have orange juice and apple juice. They have some yogurt and fruit cups in a mini fridge. They do have a coffee bar with hot water for tea and hot chocolate. They lifted the COVID restrictions over a month ago so we thought things would be back to the old ways. And we didn't realize until we got into our room that we got full beds instead of queens. Not as roomy as we like. But the rooms are very clean and nice and updated. read more

Me and a friend stayed at this hotel for two nights for a friend's bachelor party. The room was very nice and tidy. We did notice a blood stain on a bed sheet on my friend's bed, but things happen. The staff was very friendly and helped us check in and out quickly. We went to the hot tub both days and the water wasn't very warm, and one time even the pool was warmer then the hot tub itself. That would be the only 'complaint' I have. Overall, great experience and a very welcoming place and staff! read more
