Our room was a few rooms down from the lounge. The lounge closes on the weekends but we got free breakfast buffets at the restaurant instead. Rooms are huge and beds soft and comfortable. Shower had outstanding water pressure. First night we had issues getting Netflix to work but it worked fine the rest of the stay. $15 a night hotel parking was a rip off but it seems like all the hotels do this now. Fitness center was tricky to access. On the 2nd floor of an annex building and you have to go to the lobby, walk down a long hall, and take an elevator here one floor up. VERY fun place for all ages…read more This is my favorite trampoline park for my young kids because they have a spot specifically set aside for the 0-6 year olds. They get in cheaper as well. There is a set of trampolines, a gym section with large wave slides and climbing equipment, lots of toy cars and small slides for babies, tiny little chairs, and the greatest highlight of all : the kid trapeze into a foam pit. Another MAJOR perk is the small kid section is blocked off with a gate so I don't worry about my kiddos wandering off as much! For older kids, teens, adults, there are super awesome much larger foam pits with trapeze things and rope swings and monkey bars and all that fun stuff. There is even a ninja course!!! It's a good location - in-airport desk and the cars are just outside, so that part was great. But unfortuntately it was a little frustrating dealing with the checkout process. I had booked a four-door truck but despite the reservation a week in advance they didn't have one. It happens, but I thought the clerk might upgrade me to something nicer for the inconvenience, but this is a small location, they didn't have anything nicer. I made the reservation through Priceline, Budget allows bookings through Costco and Priceline but then doesn't accept the insurance you buy through these other platforms. I guess that's an issue I need to resolve with Priceline, but it's an inconvenience, and when I went to use Budget's insurance options it turns out they're almost equal to the daily car rate. The agent required me to put down a $575 deposit before he could tell me what the final bill would be. Isn't that backwards I asked, normally I pay when I know the total bill first! Anyways, the situation could have been eased by just some improved customer service and clear answers. Hopefully no surprises when I return the car. Note, the car was dirty and covered with dead bugs, maybe that's just how they do it here, it is an open air parking lot. I just want to encourage National to open a location here so I don't have to use Budget again!

The daily fee is $5.50 for kids $6.50 for adults which is pretty impressive and affordable. One thing my daughter complained about, was they kept closing the sliding de area due to poop episodes so that's pretty gross, but I guess at least they close it to treat it?

I recently came to watch my children participate and was told that I had to pay the full admission fee just to enter the building - even though I wasn't using any of the facilities or amenities. For parents who simply want to support or supervise their kids, this feels unnecessary and discouraging. Many recreation centers allow parents to watch activities without charging them a full entry fee. Seems like this would also be a lift for the Center re: liability. I hope the Rec Center considers revisiting this policy so parents can attend their kids' activities without having to pay for services they aren't using.
