Great views from this rooftop restaurant! We had dinner for our work meeting here so we were in one section of the restaurant. They had a custom pasta station where you could choose your pasta (penne or spaghetti), sauce (marinara or pesto) and various add one - veggies, garlic, cheese. There was also some salad and pulled pork and bbq chicken. Later we went and hung out on the roof deck itself standing around one of the round tables. It was great weather warm. There was a tree with lights on its branches which added to the beautiful ambiance. It was fairly crowded given it was a Wednesday night. Service was friendly. Overall a good time!

The vibes are immaculate! What a sweet rooftop with gorgeous views! And I'm quite literally obsessed with their Prosecco Pop drink that I plan my trips to Nashville around whenever they have this drink in season. I've always had a great experience here and it's super easy to get into last minute without reservations!

L.A. Jackson is where you go when you want vibes with a side of skyline--and maybe a little trouble. It's got that upscale-college feel in the best way possible: good music, a fun crowd, and an indoor/outdoor setup that keeps the energy flowing no matter the weather. Think polished but not pretentious--perfect for people in their 20s and 30s who want something a little more elevated than the usual Broadway scene. This was my favorite go-to with my single girlfriends around 10 p.m.--ideal for a couple of cocktails before heading out for the night. It's social without being chaotic, and yes, it's a great spot to meet people if you're open to that kind of evening. Drinks are definitely on the pricier side, but the espresso martini is worth it. (Strong, smooth, and just the right amount of buzz--literal and otherwise.) If you're visiting Nashville or just want something local that feels a little more luxe, this is the move.

Great view of Nashville! Excellent decor. Amazing bartenders. Delicious cocktails and mocktails. Highly recommend if you want to lounge on a rooftop!

My favorite rooftop bar in the Gulch area for ambiance, cocktails, and the views! We were there on Labor Day weekend, and they had great music playing along with a disco ball I noticed!

Probably the best rooftop bar in the Gulch area. Nicely curated cocktail menu and full bar with top notch service. Street parking is very reasonable in this area if you're not staying at the hotel. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating so you can come regardless of the weather. They open early enough to grab drinks for happy hour or enjoy a late night cocktail under the stars

Came here for a reunion with some friends and a birthday celebration. Overall I have to say the time spent all together on the rooftop was memorable! However, the service and experience could have been slightly better. For starters, it would have been nice to acknowledge the birthday girl - whether that be a small cake or some kind of drink or meal. It shows the intention of the restaurant and how LA Jackson would valuable their own customers. Second, one of us found hair in our food. And although that happens in general - it's unfortunate that it was a part of our first experience here (to find something disturbing in our food). Lastly - service took awhile. Not sure if it was the kitchen being backed up but it took some time to get the food. That said, the ambiance and general environment was nice. Just slight reservations in some areas.

Last minute decided to stop in for a quick bite. It did the trick. Definitely a spot for the views and the barrages more than the food though. Our service was decent but because we weren't drinking we didn't stay long. While it was good, I wouldn't necessarily crave it. If I were to rate, I'd give it a 6/10

Elegance and classy rooftop bar located in gulch with cocktails that are crafted well and not too overpriced. The alcohol tax will set you back a bit so just be mindful about that.

Ahhhh I hate leaving less than average reviews but that's just what this place called for... we had a party of 8 on June 16th, 2024 and the total bill was $370 with 6/8 girls getting 1 drink each.. the pricing isn't so bad if the food is delicious. BUT the food.... the "glitter chicken" was quite literally just Tyson frozen chicken tenders with frozen fries cooked and topped with purple edible glitter... the girls did say that the overhang burger was "okay" and the mac and cheese was good! The venison poppers are not at all what traditional poppers are like, although not bad, just different. The best part of the meal was probably the pizza hand pies. We also had a girl who was allergic to tree nuts which we noted prior to ordering and they failed to mention the appetizer (2 which were shared among the table) contained peanuts. We had to ask and by the time they came over everyone had already finished the appetizers and the girl just didn't have any (just in case, and thank goodness she didn't). So yeah... the drinks look pretty... but the food has unnecessary garnishes (flowers and glitter) and tastes very average (if not below average). Would not return here again unless coming for an outdoor patio rooftop drink (for the views), never for food. The service for a Sunday morning was friendly... although not fantastic... when they came out they didn't hand the plates to the right person, not a single time. They also hardly checked on the table which just makes it difficult to be happy to pay the $20 gratuity fee.

We came for drinks and ended up getting dessert and drinks. Everyone was having a time out under the sun. The dessert and drinks were amazing. I'd love to come back at night

The drinks were so good!!! I was really excited for the burger because it was described as a smashburger with caramelized onions and pickles and fried egg. It was no smashed at all it tasted like a frozen burger. My friend got the ham Sammy and it was so good! And my other friend got the pizza hand pies and loved them. The breakfast potatoes were delicious. The service was great, we loved our waitress. They had a dj for brunch and she was great! The rooftop gives you a great view and we loved it!!

There was no live music available at the time, but they did have a DJ which I thought was spinning the turntable rather well. It's my bad that I didn't also catch on that his is basically a Tequila Bar, rather than a more general craft cocktail establishment. Judging by the well stocked bar and the word of our waitress, other alcohol and their associated craft creations are available, but it's pretty much off menu and not well into our waitress' repertoire. And yes, Cinco de Mayo was just a few days away. One member of our party just wanted a soft drink, which was not possible that night as their CO2 was down. That did make me wonder whether the non-alcohol drinkers had much to chose from here. I suppose we could have then wandered over to the Redemption Bar at Chief's? Anyway, we're not Tequila Drinkers, and since other drink options appeared to be guesswork, we left towards more traditional mixed drinks (and live music) at a nearby Printers Alley bar. This was a rare night that I really wanted a craft cocktail in a smooth environment, and in the end it just wasn't the same.

Staff at the humidor offered zero guidance or recommendations. Drinks were forgettable, and we had to fetch them ourselves from the bar like we were at a college sports pub instead of an upscale cigar lounge. Then came the cigars. We were left to cut and light them ourselves, which would've been fine if every disposable torch in the place wasn't nearly empty or completely out of butane. Nothing says 'premium lounge experience' quite like fighting for a working lighter. To top it off, the moment a large group walked in, the bartender started loudly screaming out drink orders across the room. The entire atmosphere instantly shifted from refined cigar lounge to livestock auction barn. This place is living off the reputation of what Blend used to be.
