Attended 9th Annual All Kids Fair at Hilton Long Island @ Huntington today for the first time…read more One day event 10-4:30 pm. Advanced and on site ticket same price. $5 per person. Kids 2 and under free. We Got there 1:30 pm. - multiple spots for face painting by different vendors. Most are free it one charged $15 but did a good job. You get what you pay for. - Feed the butterflies- Walk through a tent. Given a spongy stick soaked with sugar water so butterflies will land on it. $4 per person all ages. -one small bouncy house on one side of hotel. A large one at other end of hotel. - Free classes throughout the day. For more popular one you have to stand on line before it starts. See my photo for class schedule - petting zoo includes roosters and bunnies and goats. $1 half cup for goat feeding. Goats were so full that they ignored the food! Later found out you can pull out hay from the hanging net to feed them to save money. - Touch a snake/ lizard/ bunny..... - photobooth - free balloon artist -Food vendors : chicken fingers (3 pieces $5), muffin $2 , wrap $7 , burger and fries $6, shaved ice $3-6, food truck selling funnel cake $8 and fried Oreo etc. - Free popcorn and cotton candy but ran out in the afternoon - advertised as over 80 vendors Pro: -Location is easy to find. Big sign at entrance lawn saying All Kids Fair - Free interesting classes offered whole day throughout including magic show and princess party. - great balloon artists. Detailed doggy with eye stickers and draw on mouth with a red bow. - Free pitchers of ice water with plastic cups in Grand Ballroom - lots of giveaways and free activities. Just long lines sometimes especially bouncy house and face painting Con: -we had to circle around the front parking lot for a few minutes before finding parking. Back lot maybe better - confusing layout and not clearly explained when entered. Event has one smaller room to the left when entered ( one small bouncy house, one person facepajnting, feed the butterfly and a few vendors). Room was small and with ppl standing on line for face painting and bouncy house. There's really little wiggle room, especially with stroller. Ppl coming in and getting out via a bottleneck area. Petting zoo was at the back of the hotel. Third part is at the bigger 'Grand ballroom' which houses a bigger bouncy house, food vendors, more facepajnting, pat a snake And at least 25 more vendors. -Classes were arranged in smaller conference rooms. We attended princess party and the room was definitely overcrowded. Ppl with stroller parked right in front of us and blocked my 3 years old view. She refused to move saying there was no other space. - Princess party was poorly organized despite energetic Moana and Rapunzel. They often looked at each other and think what's next. Dance party music was played directly from a staff iPhone. Not even a Bluetooth speaker. Music was hardly heard. The session was 45 min originally but we left in 20 min. - walkway was full of ppl sitting on floor resting and snacking - tried the chicken fingers 3 pieces for $5. It was little cold and dry. Conclusion: kids had fun despite lines. Wish we had gone little earlier to enjoy more classes. Venue is nice and modern despite confusing layout of the event. Good value for $5 per person. Will definitely attend again next year.

Its also been nice that, for the most part, she's grown up with the same kids each summer and has maintained those friendships outside of camp. And the campus staff is always so engaging and fun and responsive if any concerns. There are so many on campus activities like water slides and foam parties, a big "Shingdig" carnival/bbq every summer, woodworking, edible art, dance, arcade, talent show, and so much more. They have on campus vendors come like pony rides/petting zoo, brain show games, magic shows... And the trips! The optional trips are always amazing. They change it up every summer so the kids have variation. My daughter likes to go on every single trip! Overall, camp tuition is on par with other summer camps of the same ilk. Whats super nice is they have payment plans where you can start paying in September and have months to pay it off. There are also a few different times you can get crazy early bird discounts. The administrative team is so super friendly and helpful any time you need something. If want a real CAMP experience that your child is going to look forward to going to every day and cant wait to go back to the next year, look no further! If you want your kids to have a good summer and you want to have peace of mind I would definitely recommend this place.

The night before i found schoolhouse play & cafe and decided to book the open play. It DID NOT disappoint. We got there a little too early so they had just finished a class. So we went to get some coffee and a treat at Elise's cafe while we waited. I look outside into the adorable courtyard and see in the window of the school house the ladies thoroughly cleaning it all up. Mamas, it felt so clean in there. Put it this way, there was no dirt on my white socks from this place. The set up is adorable in there. So many fun toys for my son to play with, while also being just the right size so i can always have eyes on him. He had a great time. I also loved that they had a bucket so if any kids put a toy in their mouth, it goes right into the dirty bucket so no other kids can touch it. My son conked right out as soon as we got home. Which is exactly what i needed and wanted. He had such a blast. Also the girls that work there were so sweet. You can tell they know exactly what they are doing and have a good system. Long Island mamas, i highly recommend @schoolhouseplaycafe we will 100% be back. Cant wait to try out their classes.

Our 3 year old son loved this place and would highly recommend for kids 0-5.

This is such a great park! There are so many different things that you can do…read more There's a basketball court for teens to adult adults, and a cute small area for children. It's not great for babies since there's only the swings there for them. But it's great for kids that are walking and till like maybe 10. It was my first time there so I was a little confused on where to enter. There was one way into the park for the kids, but it looked like it was locked so I went to an area where there was an open space for me to go through, which is where the basketball courts were. If it weren't for this one mom standing there telling me that the gate looks closed is actually the place to enter then I would've taken the longest way around. If you go all the way to the back, there are a few spots where you can sit down in the shade to watch the kids in the back part of the playground. If you go all the way back, you can enter in Massapequa preserve. But before you enter that way, there's a few areas where you can have a picnic, but you need to have a permit for it. I didn't notice that there was a few cameras on the trees.

The place is really cute though with a main area downstairs with toys, and 2 sections upstairs, one with more toys and one with pizza/coloring. It's nice for the kids to go through the different areas and go to woody and buzz downstairs as they felt comfortable. The characters were also very good at waving to the kids and being friendly and respectful if kids didn't feel comfortable going fully up to them. They were also very friendly to the kids and there was ample pizza for kids and adults. They also offered a snack like goldfish if your kid wasn't digging the pizza which I appreciated. They also have Ms Rachel events and general open play sessions which look fun. Overall fun good time! The variety of weekend events for families with kids under 4 is great.

I'm so happy that owner Isa decided to open such a welcoming and warm space for our kiddos, right here in our village.
