I walked into a building where bowling, pool tables, ping pong, karaoke rooms, rhythm games, claw machines, and pinball all occupy different sections of the floor, and the energy in the space was consistent from the moment I arrived. The arcade is the strongest part of the offering, and this location carries imported games from Japan that I do not find at most American arcades. That is a meaningful distinction for rhythm game players and anyone familiar with the Japanese arcade scene. The claw machines rotate prizes regularly, and the selection of plushies is good, though individual machine difficulty varies considerably and some are more winnable than others. Coming in on a weeknight meant lighter crowds and better access to machines, but it also meant some claw machines were not fully stocked, so flagging a staff member to set up a machine if what I wanted was unavailable is worth doing. The facility is large and reasonably clean, though it gets loud during peak hours and seating for adults who are not actively playing is limited. Weeknight visits offer a noticeably more relaxed version of the same space. For a group activity destination on Long Island, Round1 delivers on variety and energy, even if individual elements like claw machine consistency have their limitations.

I had about 50 guests and we rented the Billiards section & bowling area along with public access to the game arcade. We had their meal package of 5 apps + added the nachos bar. We also paid a bar tab + provided arcade game cards for our guests who wanted to play. It was honestly an amazing party. It was great to have a home base of billiards/bowling which is a quieter section, after being in and out of the arcade. Many people were impressed with the food. The areas were spacious & clean. Drinks were great as well. Karen, the events manager is amazing. She understood me and my vision for my son's party. She always responded extremely fast via email with great details. Owen, the manager of the party was fantastic- always present and everything I needed was easy for him to help with. If you have a party, request Si for your bar- he's super friendly and a great bartender. The server we had was so attentive and kind, her name was Marina, and she helped keep my party on schedule and everything was so neat & tidy. At first I was hesitant to have a summer birthday indoors at a game arcade with mostly adult guests. It was the best decision to do this. Adults had a blast, so did the few kids. I highly recommend Dave & Busters for your next event.

When you first enter, there is a two lane bowling alley for the kids to the left of the desk. To the right is a nice sized arcade for older kids. It's almost like a really smaller size version of a Dave and busters. To get to the 'soft play' area you have to go right through the arcade area. You go through a hallway where you see party rooms for go karts. The go kart area is small, so it's good for kids maybe ages 4-10. You are able to go with a few kids but you have to buy tickets to do so. If I remember correctly it may be $7 a ticket. There's one room where you can watch your kids that are crawling to about 10-11 maybe a bit older. It's great if you have multiple kids that are different ages. You don't have to go far

It has so much potential but it's not amazing, and not amazing for the cost unfortunately. We started with go karts which are great for $8 per ride. Unfortunately, the first time, our kart was broken and was super slow. My 5 year old dealt with it but it wasn't great. We also paid $24 for the open play on the 4 things they have there, 1 play area which is great and 3 bounce houses which are all great but not really worth $24. Lastly, the front arcade is not bad at all but maybe 50% of the machines were broken. They are also all at least $1.50 per play and just not worth that much. All of the claw games are really hard to win and most are $2 per play. It's hard to spend less than $30 in the arcade. I spent a total of $60 here for maybe 1.5 hours which is ok but I am not sure if I could come back here all that often, especially considering that it needs some tlc.

We paid $26 for 2 hours open play which included a $11 game card - however, that card got us barely any games and I knew instantly if I didn't slow things down we were going to be done with this place in less than a halfhour. We dragged out some time on the indoor playground which definitely had some nice climbing areas and slides.. but before you know it, we're back at the games! We still had fun though especially due to the playground but on a summer day I was thinking eh maybe we should have just gone to a park's playground if this was going to be the best part.. Our favorite game was a unique skeeball one they had and the claw machine. The bounce house was fine it was nice it had a basketball hoop but not much more than that. They had a toddler section with toys but my 5 year old daughter seemed a little old for it or had a lot of those toys- definitely good for younger ones though like siblings. I wasn't a fan of everyone having to take their shoes off.. especially adults I would have figured could keep them on. I'm guessing they would make you buy socks if you didn't bring any due to sandals. At least they had cubbies. I feel like I could see a birthday party being fun here so maybe that would be a different perspective. When we went, it happened to be us and just 2 other families so it was pretty quiet. Oh speaking of parties.. it took awhile for us to finally be able to book here for open play because we were always looking for a weekend and usually they reserve morning blocks for parties (leaving open play times like late afternoon 3/4/5pm. We were hoping for earlier slots to open up at some point but no luck. It is nice that this place is located in the town of Bellmore so you can walk to other places within the town before/after for food, coffee, even a movie, etc.

We ended up getting the $55 deal for all three grandkids, which was fine until one card stopped working and we needed help to fix it. They asked for proof of our purchase, so I showed them the credit card info on my phone, but all I got was the runaround. In the end, they gave me a new card, but my granddaughter lost all her points. That's when they just brushed us off and told my wife and me, "Oh well." We went in for an Unlimited Wings & Free Play deal to promote a UFC fight. We were emailed about this deal. When we were seated, we were initially told by the host that we have to "pay for the deal in advance and it comes off the bill." This was not accurate. In fact, the deal was redeemed with a QR code that the waiter uses to apply the deal to the bill at the end. It seems every time I visit, the company is offering a deal that the staff are unaware of, and it leads to confusion and headaches. Service overall was good but a bit slow. Once we got our first round of wings, service was much faster and we got our extra rounds pretty consistently. Our waitress was super nice and a delight. The boneless wings were not bad! Nothing special but tasty enough to want a few rounds, especially with this deal. Overall, a great spot to hang with friends, get some food, and play some games! Despite the confusion, I would definitely come back for this unlimited offer. We got plenty of food (even leftovers) and played unlimited games for the following three hours!
