Kylee is an incredible makeup artist and has an amazing set of artists at her disposal. My mom was extremely worried about looking "too old" with makeup since she has mature skin. Kylee listened to my mom's concerns with empathy and understanding and talked my mom through her vision. I don't know who got more compliments on their makeup - me or my mom! Doing a test run with Kylee was also invaluable, as it really helped me hone my vision for my hair and makeup on the big day. Kylee even added a blowout for me at the last minute when I asked her how we could achieve a ton of volume for my hair. Kylee was one of best vendors I worked with for my wedding in November 2022! She was extremely responsive throughout the process and so flexible with any adjustments. I scheduled two previews prior to my wedding because I changed my mind on the style I wanted, and she was so understanding and made the changes exactly how I requested. We had a morning ceremony and an evening reception for the wedding, and I was really worried about not having touch-ups before the evening. Kylee worked with me to make sure we could add in touch-ups after the morning ceremony which was a HUGE relief. She created a day of schedule to make sure everyone was ready on time and stuck exactly to the schedule, actually finishing us all ahead of time. Kylee and her team did such a great job on everyone's hair and makeup, everyone was so happy with how their look turned out. Not to mention she is one of the sweetest people you could ever meet and made the whole morning so fun. I highly recommend booking Kylee for your event!! Response to Kylee's message: I was just asking for the amount that was charged and the travel fees that would've been charged on me if Kylee would've traveled with to me, not including me what was lost for going to the appointment. The point is that I was willing to work something out with her as I've mentioned, to be fair, but there were not any compromises on her end. I can see that you she had gotten friends and more people to review on here after I created the account to up her ratings so I've might even helped here but I stand by what I say, despite of how she has seek out to change the outcome. Kylee, I've requested for you to delete my photos for my privacy since you no longer will be working with me (also mentioned in the contract that you had created for me) but the fact that you still have them and speak about it, just makes me feel that there's no respect for my wishes. Kylee is the sweetest person ever which makes you feel so much more comfortable and trusting especially when it comes to your hair. I've been going to her for about 4-5 years now and I will not go to anyone else, she always makes my hair feel brand new even if it's just a style that I'm going for. She goes above and beyond, the outcome is always better then expected. I never wanted to venture out until I met her and now I just go to her give her some ideas and tell her to do what she wants! And it gets better every time. She is super understanding a great listener if you don't like something and more then willing to fix it or figure it out with you which I love about her because I've experienced those people that are just mean about it.
