Obviously, you stick with a contractor because they are really good, reliable, stick to the schedule, and leave you with an outcome that is beautiful. Kyle Beym does all that and more. Most highly recommend - if you're looking for a dependable contractor who does the job at a fair price and sticks to that price, and does it ON TIME, Kyle's company is the one to use. Have used Kyle several times for several properties, so feel I have a good sense of his company. After testing him out a couple times, I trusted him so much that I used use him to remodel the bathrooms at my parents' house, and he did a great job. I was referred to Kyle from my best friend (who lives in Coto), who had hired him to do a sizable job at her house. She couldn't stop talking about how great a contractor he was, so I thought I'd give him a try. (She had found him off Angi's list) It was easy to contact Kyle, and he was responsive. From the first job, his company finished the work on time and on budget. Kyle doesn't try to gouge you either. If additional work on something (e.g., replacing rotted wood) needs to be done, he'll point it out so you don't end up with a problem in the future. Conversely, if you are thinking about doing something that may be done more inexpensive by another method, he'll let you know that too, so you don't end up wasting $$ Kyle's company can do everything - from small jobs to large jobs. For me, they've totally remodeled bathrooms, kitchen, a whole house flooring, paint, and brick work. They also completely replaced a roof at a rental, and did it quickly and within the quote. I've also referred him to family and friends, and have heard nothing but good things. On a personal note, I observed that Kyle treats his workers with respect, and I think that says a lot that he's an honorable person. After several jobs, I completely trust Kyle's work and his estimates. You can't go wrong with Kyle. 2020 I had decided to do a long-awaited home project. It was April and this Covid thing was starting. I refused to believe I couldn't go forward with plans. After doing my research contacted Kyle. He said, "Yes we are working." Long story short his bid was in our price budget. I wanted to open up a doorway to kitchen/dining-room, update my wood fireplace to gas, paint the old brown brick, remove old wood panel from one wall and paint the dining room/kitchen. Kens crew showed up every day even Saturday to finish. Cleaned up, very professional. Asked questions, gave suggestions when asked. This is the second time we have used Kyle for some remodeling and we couldn't be happier. In 2013 to remodel our common bathroom. His crew was just outstanding. Clean and professional. We asked Kyle to come back for ceiling work and paint and new doors for 4 bedrooms and our living room. Luis and Alan couldn't have been better. Every day they showed up on time and ready to work. Actually Luis did the living room on his own before Alan was able to break free from another job and come to help with this one. They ended the day by cleaning up the work site. Be careful when selecting this contractor. He's a nice guy but I was unhappy with the final cost of the project he did for us and his communication along the way. We asked for a second project bid and never heard back. He just left us hanging. I would not recommend Kyle Beym. read more

I called and left voice messages more than once, left a message through his website and on Yelp and never received a response. I hired Kyle to remove and replace the fixtures in a half bathroom, and also to remove marble tiles in my entryway and bathroom and replace them with new porcelain tiles. I also had him replace the bathroom door and a solid core door that goes to my garage. Arturo and Alex (Kyle's team on my job) did very professional work, and I'm extremely happy with the results. Due to the pandemic, it was difficult to get certain items, such as the new vanity, on a timely basis, but Kyle accommodated my delays. His team got the job completed in the 5 work days he had estimated, and the cost was exactly in line with his bid. They showed up on time every day, and left their work areas clean and organized. My only critique is that it's sometimes difficult to get a prompt answers, as Kyle was very busy during the time I was getting my job set up and run. It was worth being patient. read more

We hired Kyle to do a major 8 week remodel of our home between the 2018 Halloween and Christmas season, which included a complete remodel of our kitchen and master bathroom. Kyle and his crew were amazing! They were clearly knew exactly what they were doing. We couldn't be happier with the work they did. They were very respectful of our time and went out of their way to always clean up after themselves each evening. They made sure we always had a space that we could retreat to as the rest of the house was being torn up. Kyle is honest and professional. Originally hired for a minor tile job, After he opened the work up, he noticed that there was major problems. The plumbing had leaked into the wall and it was soaked, he made all the necessary repairs, within a timely manner. His crew is the best, they explained the whole process to my wife and had the job finished in better condition than it was originally done. We hired Kyle to do a complete gut and remodel of our upstairs kids' bathroom and to replace the vanity/countertop and repaint the downstairs guest bathroom. Kyle got back to us from our initial call with a day and was able to come out the same week to look at and bid our job. His price was excellent, he was professional in his bid, and his license/insurance was clear. We were able to start within a few weeks. Once the work started, his team (Salvador and Eric) were incredibly hard workers (start at 7 and end between 5/6 each day and even worked on Saturdays). Their work is fantastic (I am very picky) and they are very quiet, clean, respectful, and are very good at communication. The work would have been finished withing 10 days had our shower door come with all the pieces (not Kyle's fault). Do be aware that you will need to order and purchase the materials with Kyle's guidance. You are primarily paying Kyle for the labor and expertise. Having not done this before, I was a bit anxious that what I was buying would be correct, although Kyle did help advise whenever asked. I ended up liking this approach as I did not worry about contractor mark-ups on any materials or being talked into materials I didn't need or want. However, I knew the look I was going for and felt confident in my choices regarding style. Kyle did arrange pick-up of materials when it was needed. He is extremely honest and reasonable with payments and their timing as the work was completed. Kyle also went and obtained the needed permits and arranged inspections as needed. I am 100% pleased and satisfied with the work done in both bathrooms and felt we paid a very reasonable price for the work. We first hired Kyle and his team to remodel both of our bathrooms (one after the other) and two upstairs bedrooms. They gutted both bathrooms and rebuilt them from the ground up. The removed wallboard and installed insulation in all exterior walls and installed new wallboard. They bult a soffet with reading lights for over our bed. We loved that Kyle assigns a two-man crew to your job and they stay with it till it's finished...no hopping from job to job. They worked from 7 a.m. till 5-530 p.m. every day and some Saturdays. There is nothing these guys can't do and they are very friendly and polite. They cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. They finished the job on-time in about 5 weeks and on budget. Kyle took care of getting all the permits. We are absolutely thrilled with our new bathrooms. When it came time to start phase 2 of our project about six months later, Kyle was the first contractor we called. During the second phase they remodeled our kitchen and the rest of the downstairs. They also added recessed lights in our living room, converted our wood-burning fireplace to gas, and replaced the old brick fireplace trim with modern stacked stone. The phase 2 part of the project was finished in slightly less than two months. We are super happy with our "new" home and would highly recommend Kyle Beym Home Improvement. read more

I've used Kyle and his crew twice now for projects around my home. The last project was a bathroom remodel where I took things down to the studs and turned it over to Kyle to make it look awesome! Kyle is easy to talk to, fair, well priced compared to other bids and the quality of the finished project is second to none. His crew was there at my house every day from 7am to 5:30pm and took cares to keep things clean each day so we could continue to live though the work.This was important to me and made things easier for the family. Kyle Beym Home Improvements were hired for a master bath remodel, interior painting of five rooms (that involved the repair of numerous earthquake cracks), and miscellaneous home improvement projects. Kyle is personable and easy to work with, always arrived on time to scheduled appointments, and responded in a timely manner to questions and requests. His crew were exceptionally skilled, hardworking and committed to doing a good job, and worked well as a team. Their attention to detail, from the exquisite tile setting to all of the prep for painting, and gorgeous seamless baseboards, showed it was very evident they take great pride in their work.
