Priscilla used hard wax which doesn't hurt like soft wax does. She was efficient in removing baby hairs and ingrown hairs. I also really appreciate how she responded toe so quickly and was able to get Me a next day appointment. Might I add, she is clean in all she does. She changed the bedding paper and wiped down everything after my visit. The only thing I wish was different was if the room can be a bit warmer or provide a towel to cover when your nude is can be cold. Or maybe a pillow. However with covid precautions perhaps that's why there's none. But the shop is cute, she's such a sweet girl and I can't wait to come back She even had discount off highest service. I had given each one a try for a length of time hoping their method would work for me, as you can assume - that search didn't stop until I met Sylvia! I so look forward to my time with her as her facials are incredibly relaxing, but most importantly I know my skin is in good hands and I've seen the changes over the last few months. During my sessions with her, she listens to me about what has been going on with my skin and doesn't have a cookie cutter regimen that she follows - she truly does customize each treatment and it makes all the difference. I wanted my mom to experience Sylvia's expertise and purchased a gift card for my mom for Mother's Day. Sylvia went above and beyond for my mom and did so much more to make my mom feel pampered, relaxed & helped her achieve her skin goals! This meant a lot to both my mom & to me. She truly does care about your skincare needs and will take the time with her expertise to help you get there! Some side notes: She's super easy to get ahold of but do book in advance. Her shop is super cute, ridiculously clean, comfortable and she has snacks! She actually has a facial chair (who knew those existed!) that warms up and reclines comfortably - no laying on a hard table. Her prices are on point & very affordable, especially compared to the well named spa in Manteca. Most importantly, she's professional, kind & easily the most knowledgeable esthetician I've been to! Can't wait for my next appointment!

Checking was easy and prompt, I had made an appointment earlier in the day... I would like to get to where I have a regular person here for my services, and I may have found them today! I tend to like to just relax when I'm getting my nails done, no offense but I don't like to chat and have that whole conversation thing. So I got two technicians today that were perfect! First was Will, I got a pedicure with regular paint. Very gentle kept checking to make sure all was well gave a really good massage very thorough painted my nails beautifully. I would like to figure out how to have a little longer soak in a little hotter water, so I need to figure out what to ask for to make that happen but other than that it was perfect. Then I got builder gel with very short tips for the first time, with Terry. They couldn't be any more perfect than they came out! Exactly what I wanted. I was going to say no polish on the top but he showed me a clear tiny bit tinted top and I agreed. I want to go out my real nails, and this will get me on my way. I like that I could relax and let them do what they do so well, without having to make small talk.. outside of checking in to make sure I'm okay and that what they were doing was good. I appreciated the relaxing me time. I will be back in 3 to 4 weeks. And I'm going to look for Will and Terry for sure! Thank you for the excellent service beautiful clean salon, very welcoming.
