I ended up finding this business online and reached out. My bathroom was professionally cleaned on May 21, 2023. I had messaged the owner Nikki about having this service done a few days ago after seeing some info about it on Facebook. Pricing stats at $85, but given how much cleaning materials and such are these days, it's not out of line. She was scheduled to come at 11:30 am and she was here on time as well. I showed her the bathroom I was referring to, and then she got to work. The visit started out with Nikki looking over the bathroom, so she would know what tools and materials were needed to complete the job. One of the challenges as a part of it was to see if some of the mold under the caulk could come out, but as expected, that part didn't pan out. No worries on that part as I am having someone else come in and sanitize it and re-caulk the shower. Now, the rest of the bathroom still needed some cleaning and freshening up. The overall process was about 1.5 hours. The attention to detail was phenomenal when it came to the cleaning. Overall, this was a great experience. I will be reaching out to Nikki in the future for further cleanings in the future. Attention to detail is important, and she had that attention to detail to make sure it was done exactly what I was looking for. In the end, she went further than I expected too. If you are looking for someone local to do some cleaning around your home, big or small, I highly recommend this new company.

I am not good with installations, so that's why I was looking for someone to do it. I did get several referrals from there, but I ended up going with Edwin Rivera, who is the owner of this company. They are based out of Norfolk and is a family owned and staffed business. The work on my house was completed on May 4, 2023. First things first. I do want to note that in order for the business to be part of the Home Depot Pro Referral Program, they are fully licensed and insured and background checked. My conversation with Edwin started back in April, and he speaks both English and Spanish. It may sound like a long time between the first contact and completion, but the longest part was getting the door shipped by Home Depot. Another reason I went with this company was because I also needed to have some drywall repairs too. He was able to quote me one reasonable price to do both after visiting for a consultation. Communication was consistent as well, which I don't always get from some contractors. After I got all the parts needed for the shower door install, I let him know it was all here now and scheduled to have it installed on May 4th at 2 pm. On the day of the install, Edwin and his crew were on time and ready to go. I showed him where all of the parts were for the shower door. He knew already where the drywall repairs would be taken care of. The overall process would take about 3 hours, which is quite reasonable considering how much was being done. They cleaned up any messes that were made during the drywall repair and shower door install. There was genuine care and concern to make sure everything was done correctly and exactly as I had asked for. Overall, this was an excellent experience with Edwin and his crew. Even though I found him through Home Depot, I have his information now so that I can contact him directly if and when I have any future construction type work requests, as they actually do many different construction projects than just drywall and installations. If you are looking for someone to come out and take care of some home construction issues or some type of install, look no further than Edwin Rivera and his team.

An appointment for an estimate was set up quickly and once the agreement was made they worked with my schedule to make everything convenient. Prices were very reasonable, I paid about the same amount for a 2900 sq ft home that I did for a 1800 sq ft home ten years ago. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a good cleaning!

They made comments about the place looking really clean to start....and apparently that meant they didn't need to do anything. An hour later, they'd gone. When I got home, the place looked exactly the same. There was still dust on the blinds. I sprayed some floor spray and used a paper towel to wipe it up, and the photo shows the dirt left. The bathroom and kitchen were just as bad. Unfortunately I was left spending our last night in town scrubbing every inch of the house. When we sent the company photos and expressed disappointment, she said they'd send a refund. A few days later - nothing. So we bugged them again and they finally sent $50 - a partial refund for them apparently doing no work. They're not worth the money, the energy, or the amount of time you'll have to spend cleaning your place after they leave.

It had been a number of years since I had a similar service. The national brand company I had used for years wasn't responsive to my requests. They had become "spray quickly & leave", ignoring my standing instructions. Finally I cancelled because of poor service. I'm very glad to now have a local company that's responsive to my needs. Dreamlawns only services my front yard at my request. When the back was previously done it was an irritant for my dog's skin. There was much scratching following a treatment. I would much rather have healthy, happy dogs than beautiful grass in the backyard. The company always calls the day before service. They follow my instructions not to come the day of or the day before my regular Friday lawn care mowing. If their preferred day doesn't work for me it's easy to reschedule. Payment can be made in advance for the annual schedule of service. The cost is much less than the national company for better service. "Buy local" includes much more than just restaurants & shops. Dreamlawns has proven to me it also is beneficial with lawn treatment services.
