They made comments about the place looking really clean to start....and apparently that meant they didn't need to do anything. An hour later, they'd gone. When I got home, the place looked exactly the same. There was still dust on the blinds. I sprayed some floor spray and used a paper towel to wipe it up, and the photo shows the dirt left. The bathroom and kitchen were just as bad. Unfortunately I was left spending our last night in town scrubbing every inch of the house. When we sent the company photos and expressed disappointment, she said they'd send a refund. A few days later - nothing. So we bugged them again and they finally sent $50 - a partial refund for them apparently doing no work. They're not worth the money, the energy, or the amount of time you'll have to spend cleaning your place after they leave.

I'd say it's 95% clean, and given the amount of dust and construction remnants, they did great and the price was WAY less than others wanted. The last place kept texting me, raising the price, and when I got back, I had to clean again because they had used mildewed rags to clean with. They charged twice as much as 24k charged. I definitely would recommend Courtney and her crew, and I'll be having them clean our new place monthly.

I hadn't heard of R & P Construction Drywall until after asking for some pro referrals online from…read moreHome Depot after purchasing a shower door. I am not good with installations, so that's why I was looking for someone to do it. I did get several referrals from there, but I ended up going with Edwin Rivera, who is the owner of this company. They are based out of Norfolk and is a family owned and staffed business. The work on my house was completed on May 4, 2023. First things first. I do want to note that in order for the business to be part of the Home Depot Pro Referral Program, they are fully licensed and insured and background checked. My conversation with Edwin started back in April, and he speaks both English and Spanish. It may sound like a long time between the first contact and completion, but the longest part was getting the door shipped by Home Depot. Another reason I went with this company was because I also needed to have some drywall repairs too. He was able to quote me one reasonable price to do both after visiting for a consultation. Communication was consistent as well, which I don't always get from some contractors. After I got all the parts needed for the shower door install, I let him know it was all here now and scheduled to have it installed on May 4th at 2 pm. On the day of the install, Edwin and his crew were on time and ready to go. I showed him where all of the parts were for the shower door. He knew already where the drywall repairs would be taken care of. The overall process would take about 3 hours, which is quite reasonable considering how much was being done. They cleaned up any messes that were made during the drywall repair and shower door install. There was genuine care and concern to make sure everything was done correctly and exactly as I had asked for. Overall, this was an excellent experience with Edwin and his crew. Even though I found him through Home Depot, I have his information now so that I can contact him directly if and when I have any future construction type work requests, as they actually do many different construction projects than just drywall and installations. If you are looking for someone to come out and take care of some home construction issues or some type of install, look no further than Edwin Rivera and his team.

Andrew was very professional and patient when answering my questions regarding his services. He even offered to schedule a carpet cleaner to come out. That was one less call I had to make and schedule. After calling around, I decided to go with Andrew not only because of the competitive price but because of his professionalism and level of customer service. I was hesitant because he charged an hourly rate compared to others that charged a flat fee. Well, he cleaned the HELL out of my property in 6 hours which was still over a hundred dollars cheaper than other companies. He also offers military rates which I appreciate as a military family. Andrew is an honest and fair businessman. He's also reliable, attentive to your cleaning needs, and great to work with. I emphatically recommend his services and will continue to patron his company. I had held off due…read moreto overall cost, but I finally decided it needed to be done again as the allergies were in full bloom. After looking at several places, I found KwikDry through a Valpak mailer. After contemplating different businesses, I decided to go with them since there was a great coupon in the mailer for air duct cleaning. The date of the cleaning was on July 9, 2025. When I called them the first time, I spoke to their answering service. We went over what I wanted to look to have done. There is an additional $50 discount on the dryer vent cleaning if you have the air ducts cleaned, so I took advantage of that too. They also do tile and grout cleaning, so I had them do that as well at the front door and in the kitchen. They arrived at the time they said they would. He was very thorough about what the process would be and the timing the job would take. It was no surprise that it would be a few hours to go through all of the air ducts and dryer vent. He was also up front that the tile and grout cleaning may or may not change afterwards, but I still wanted to proceed with that anyways. The overall process took about four hours total. That wasn't too surprising to me. The air ducts were the biggest thing that needed to be cleaned and sanitized. I would still get some additional allergy symptoms like sneezing and such for about a day afterward, but since then, the allergies have calmed down quite a bit. It had been about five years since either were cleaned. The dryer vent was long overdue for cleaning, and he showed me just how much he collected out there. It was much more than I thought it would be. The last part was the tile and grout cleaning. It seemed to be a fairly seamless process for him. He wasn't sure if the colors would change much, but after it was done, those floors looked so much better. I never thought to get a before and after picture on that in the moment. Overall, this was an excellent experience that I had with them. I will be looking out for future coupons from them in the years to come and have them come back each year so that it doesn't get so bad. He did say though he's seen a lot worse, and he said he could tell that we change the filter frequently, which helps keeping the ducts to be piling up with dust and debris. If you're looking for a budget friendly place to have your air ducts and such cleaned, be sure to check them out.
