I have an unusual situation, my elderly mother fell in her bedroom and was there at least 24-48…read morehours before she was found. During that time she lost control of her bowels and thrashed about trying to get up, grinding the soil into the carpet. We inexpertly tried cleaning the stains and were very unsuccessful. I called Jeremy to get a quote and he explained to me the multiple problems in getting the carpet cleaned and told me it would be easier and cheaper to replace the carpet. He went above and beyond by giving me a referral to a carpet installer to see if the carpet can be pieced by carpet that was leftover from the original installation.
