I received an email receipt immediately with an estimated pick-up time for 10 minutes later. I headed over a few minutes after the estimated time and the woman working there apologized and said that she just then saw the order. She finished helping another customer and then made our bowls. I walked out of there another 10 minutes after the estimate. Not a huge deal, but also, not a five star experience. The bowls and juices were very good however. I'm sure I'll return to try a smoothie or another açaí bowl / juice in the future, but either order in person or just know going in that the online ordering system is not always super accurate.
