Instead of walking away and giving me a refund they just slow played the project, took my money, and ignored all attempts to find a solution. Yes, the company name has changed. No, their advertised physical address is not a real place of business. Yes, you will get very familiar with the Secretary of State website. If you do decide to ignore my advice, make sure you have their business license, contractor license, and a verified mailing address from the start. At least it will save you a few hours a year from now when you start exploring legal options. For the internet record this company was previously known as Jeremiah's Landscape Services, as of August 2023 it is called Southern Landscaping Solutions.

How shall I describe these tree climbing and cutting geniuses? Their skills and talents are beyond…read morewords. Their work is like a ballet, only way up high in the trees. No tutus involved. OK, enough of the flowery stuff. There are four members in the crew, and each is skilled in a particular aspect of the field of cutting down trees. I've seen a lot of tree crews, and these guys are top notch. They showed up on time, I had to get the utility company to do a power drop, and then the members swiftly got to work, dropping the trees that could be a problem for my power line first. By noon, those trees were gone, and I called up the power company to say they could reconnect the power, which they did at about 1 PM. (Hidden praise for Walton EMC buried in here. Based on past experience, I wouldn't begin to expect the same level of service from the power company that has the word 'Georgia' in their name. YMMV.) I was so pleased I paid them a bit extra and gave the crew some of my stash of hash. No, that's not quite right. Fudge. Yes, that's it! Fudge, that I had purchased the day before in St. Augustine. I had a total of four trees taken down and absolutely everything was to my satisfaction, a thing that is quite rare these days. There are 3 pictures attached below. I have more, but posting them online might give the government hints as to where I am, and that's just not on. I contacted Steve via text and via e-mail very courteously to fulfill the requirement of the warranty on a few rose bushes his team planted for me at our main home that never grew. Four of the ones that he planted for us died. He responded and scheduled a time to come and replace them. On the day he scheduled to come, he called and said that the roses were not in stock and would be the following Monday. I never heard from him the following Monday. His team them abruptly scheduled a date and time to come to plant something that I received via e-mail and didn't know on that date and time either, which was a Sunday afternoon. I kindly parked with flags the plants that needed to be replaced under the warranty from an over $1000 purchase I made on plants. The communication is subpar and I fear they do not want to fulfill the stipulations of the warranty on plants. Beware of this type of interaction and any promise they make on warranty fulfillment when you purchase services from this company.
