We spent close to $800 just for plants. When we called, we were told that there was nothing they could do. No guarantees or warranty. Upon review of our estimate, we saw that "warranty is only provided for materials installed under functional irrigation system ". We have no irrigation system and this was not discussed or explained when work was done. Even Home Depot and Lowe's guarantees plants for a year! Very disappointed in Crawford Landscaping response. Could never recommend this Company.

I definitely would not recommend this company In response to HR's comments below, I wanted to get him away from my house as quick as possible. Their pricing was clearly the best of several bids. The trees were all in tight quarters and had to be roped out. They were particularly careful protecting certain areas with important plants or smaller trees. There was minimal damage and less than would be expected for a job of this size. The salesman and project manager were often on site during the work, but the 6 man crew was more than capable on their own. They had the necessary equipment to move quickly and efficiently. After the log truck came a few days later they came back to clean up the mess. If you have major tree work to do you should get a proposal from Tree Time before you decide.
