Lightning strike damaged my 17 year old seven zone sprinkler which covers 3D landscaping behind my house. The door to the controller and some other part were found 20 ft from the controller and there were other pieces of it scattered around. Turning on the water to the system exposed a leak which Luis, Lupe, and Fernando dug up to find that a large magnolia root had broken pipes and wires. They fixed that. Luis and Lupe came back a couple of weeks later to install the controller. Turning on the system showed that three of the seven valves needed replacement plus a wire to two zones was bad. After a lot of digging through 17 year old roots they fixed that. I also had a flow controller that required plumbing it in around a maze of pipes to different sprinkler heads. The whole sprinkler system works just as it was installed and now I can detect water usage and leakage from my phone and the cost was really reasonable considering the many hours it took. read more
