The ice cream is okay. The place seemed closed when we got here. The lighting was dim. No music. Zero atmosphere. The man at the counter was not rude but he was not inviting or hospitable. So far we have tried the sitafal(custard apple), pistachio khulfi , chocolate, Alphonso mango khulfi, meetha pan(sweet betel leaf ) flavors , on different occasions. I like most of the khulfi flavored icecreams! The icecream display section is clearly labeled as to which ones contain nuts-that's helpful! Ambiance is okay, and there are few seats for dine in. Service has been recently good, but some of the staff shifts there have not been so welcoming . That's the only miss. It was creamy and full of rose flavor. My friend liked his as well. The only issues I had was that the employee was unaware of what gluten was so you will have to read each flavor sticker to see the ingredients. I can only think of this as some kind of power play/ intentional harassment. - Exorbitantly priced and low quality tasteless icecream. - Faloodas are stuffed with Jello to reduce scoop of icecream. Make sure to tell them "NO Jello please". Also icecream is so lose that it melts before the falooda reaches the customer. - Smoothies are stuffed with unnecessary whipped cream, again to reduce icecream quantity. Photos don't show whipped cream, but they cheat customers by filling the glass with loads of whipped cream. Tell them "NO whipped cream". - Staff behind counter is not friendly. - The offer to give 5% discount on cash payment seems like a strategy for sales tax avoidance to the city. I will never pay cash as I would like everybody to pay their fair share to the city.
