Not once in those 3 years did any of the other plumbers actually explain the issue or offer tips to take care of the issue; Sentry Plumbing did. I contacted them through an email late at night; early next morning they had responded and we booked an appointment for a couple of hours later. They showed up when they were scheduled, stated up front what the cost was going to be so there would be no surprise at the end, ran a camera down the underground pipe, saw the issue, explained the issue, took care of the issue, and provided tips for me in order to not have to call another plumber in 3 months. Sentry Plumbing is now my GO TO plumbing company for any future plumbing needs I may have. Extremely professional and friendly, completely knowledgeable, and extraordinarily helpful. They noticed an issue with my bathroom toilet as well and asked if I wanted them to fix it, no extra charge (other than the price of the part which was minimal). Plumbing issues are not cheap but Sentry Plumbing charged less than any of the other plumbing companies I've called for this issue and did NOT receive the helpful feedback that I did from Sentry Plumbing. 5 out of 5 stars ALL THE WAY AROUND. Behle eventually completed the job, but not without revising the project plan three times. This caused costs to rise fourfold, along with holding on to larger sums of deposits over time. What was supposed to be a straightforward job took nearly three months to complete. Originally, we were quoted for an 8-foot trenchless pipe repair job. This turned into a full line repair, requiring an additional third-party contractor to dig in the front yard. It took Behle three separate trips to provide an accurate project scope. The job started in early April and wasn't finished until late June, cutting into a family vacation that we had set as a hard deadline. We were consistently left in the dark about the next steps, had no confidence in the accuracy or completeness of any quote provided, and had to chase down their office and management team for details. While Steve and Kelsey were professional and apologetic when discussing these problems, Thomas offered the typical excuse of blaming workers, saying, "people don't want to work anymore and it's hard to find workers." Thomas showed limited sympathy or understanding, and at the end, offered a measly 5% discount for our troubles. Poor project management and poor communication. They only contacted them with the information after they applied a late fee to the bill. When I got informed from my warranty company that they received the information and given the details of what I still needed to pay to Dickerson. I went in person to pay the bill with a check for the amount owed. I was received with a horrible attitude when I explained the situation and was here to pay what I owe still. They claimed I owed more than what I actually did and said "well you can pay that but I will send it to collections."
