We waited and waited and kept checking in with the receptionist but never heard back from Sieck. Here we were, six months later and Sieck never showd up, never bothered to say why. We found another company and the job is nearly complete within a week of contacting them. Sieck wasted a bunch of our time-don't let him waste any of yours.

The technician was at my house for less than 30 minutes. They visually checked the circuit breaker in the garage and tested the outlet voltage, finding no issues. I was then billed $320 for about 30 minutes of diagnostics with no equipment, parts, or supplies used. After questioning the charge, there was no willingness to negotiate. Based on my experience, I highly do NOT recommend using them due to the extremely high pricing for minimal work.

Instead of one guy going back to the shop for the bolts and one continuing to work they both went. The shop is less than 5 miles away yet they were gone for over an hour and a half at $75 an hour. The bill was twice what they quoted. We were new to the area, since then several people have told us they would never use them because of outrageous bills. I guess if you are a commercial company that brings them a lot of business it's different than a homeowner that is not a continuous customer.
