I contacted them through an email late at night; early next morning they had responded and we booked an appointment for a couple of hours later. They showed up when they were scheduled, stated up front what the cost was going to be so there would be no surprise at the end, ran a camera down the underground pipe, saw the issue, explained the issue, took care of the issue, and provided tips for me in order to not have to call another plumber in 3 months. Sentry Plumbing is now my GO TO plumbing company for any future plumbing needs I may have. Extremely professional and friendly, completely knowledgeable, and extraordinarily helpful. They noticed an issue with my bathroom toilet as well and asked if I wanted them to fix it, no extra charge (other than the price of the part which was minimal). Plumbing issues are not cheap but Sentry Plumbing charged less than any of the other plumbing companies I've called for this issue and did NOT receive the helpful feedback that I did from Sentry Plumbing. 5 out of 5 stars ALL THE WAY AROUND. Then the technician said there would be a charge of $613 to clear the charge. Nathan, the tech said that needed to be paid in advance and he would not guarantee that the clog would be cleared. He also offed a premium cleaning for $1400 with a five year guarantee. I thought he was ripping me off, way too expensive. I declined and dismissed him. After he left, I called City Sewer in Iowa city, they came and cleared the clog in less than an hour and I paid $169. I am 86 years old and I felt abused. Clog Busters is a SCAM. Do not use them. Be AWARE
