They showed up when they were scheduled, stated up front what the cost was going to be so there would be no surprise at the end, ran a camera down the underground pipe, saw the issue, explained the issue, took care of the issue, and provided tips for me in order to not have to call another plumber in 3 months. Sentry Plumbing is now my GO TO plumbing company for any future plumbing needs I may have. Extremely professional and friendly, completely knowledgeable, and extraordinarily helpful. They noticed an issue with my bathroom toilet as well and asked if I wanted them to fix it, no extra charge (other than the price of the part which was minimal). Plumbing issues are not cheap but Sentry Plumbing charged less than any of the other plumbing companies I've called for this issue and did NOT receive the helpful feedback that I did from Sentry Plumbing. 5 out of 5 stars ALL THE WAY AROUND. I didn't realize this until after the job was completed and I paid him. Once I realized the error, I contacted Doug to fix his mistake. He said he would and that it would be a simple 10 minute job. I had him scheduled 3 times to come over and fix the job and he no called no showed me three separate times. He has now blocked my number. This is the kind of business this guy runs. Dickerson Mechanical drug their feet in getting the information that was needed to be sent to my home warranty company so that my claim could go forward into payment. They only contacted them with the information after they applied a late fee to the bill. When I got informed from my warranty company that they received the information and given the details of what I still needed to pay to Dickerson. I went in person to pay the bill with a check for the amount owed. I was received with a horrible attitude when I explained the situation and was here to pay what I owe still. They claimed I owed more than what I actually did and said "well you can pay that but I will send it to collections."
