Strawberry lemon green tea

Cure little Boba spot. I tried the strawberry lemon green tea. It was nice and refreshing. The Gyozas and popcorn chicken were also yummy . Our order came out quickly and they have seating areas while you wait.

Matcha love

I ordered a delicious matcha latte! I love this place so much! They also had a sesame latte! I've never seen that before and I look forward to tasting it next time! I loved the taste of my matcha and wanna have another soon. Nice staff. Tidy cafe.

Went there after dinner. It was too late for tea so we wanted to try something sweet without caffeine. We got the yogurt orange, which is essentially 2 bottles of Yakult, orange juice and water. You could have easily made that at home but kudos to them for creating such simple recipe. It tastes exactly as you would expect. My toddler likes it. There are benches and tables if you would like to enjoy your drink inside. The decor is pretty modern like all the other bubble tea places.

Kung Fu Tea has opened another great location! The teas are wonderfully rich and can satisfy the bubble tea needs of anyone. Love their taro milk tea and their passionfruit green teas! The interior is new and classic of any boba location. Modern and white, with lots of chairs and sofas for catching up with friends. They're doing a Grand Opening promotion until Dec 29th for BOGO on selected drinks!!! Run, don't walk.

I have returned to this location for another swing of things! I love, love, LOVE the interior design of the store. Sleek gray furniture, marbled and unlike other Kung Fu locations around the city- lots of natural lighting! The arrangement was done very nicely. The pop-up wallpaper helps to brighten the store. Also I found the advertisement boards in the store to be very unique compared to others. Definitely doesn't help to narrow down options. As for the drinks- some bring rise to complaints. I would say it tastes just like any other Kung Fu location- staying true and consistent with the chains recipes. The service here is very kind and welcoming as mentioned before! Some have been saying the service slow, but I think it's standard wait time. And as for the credit card issues, I use the kung fu app which allows you to pay using your card through that system if the In-house machines are down. Please download if you haven't there's rewards involved that you wouldn't want to miss!!

First time here and gotta say I was disappointed. Service was slightly slow and they had a sign showing they accepted credit cards but they actually don't yet. I'll give it a 3 out of 5 since I wasn't impressed. Drink was ok...so may give it another try and update when I do. You choose a base drink, then add in bubbles or jelly at .50¢ additional and wait for it. You can customize sweetness level and ice level as well. Cash only until they get their credit card system up...they should've put a sign up though.

Kung Fu Bubble Tea, Less Sweet, Less Ice

The restaurant is very clean and decently big! There is adequate seating for all party sizes. The staff is attentive and helpful with your order. The bubble tea options are very large and very customizable. The tea itself is delicious and good quality. The most noteworthy thing about Kung Fu Tea is the bubbles. You can go to a million bubble tea locations as many times as you choose and consistently receive boba that is not quite right, or constantly different in quality. But this is not an issue at Kung Fu Tea. The bubbles are always perfectly made and consistently made. No matter when you go or how often you frequent the place, you can count on receiving perfectly cooked, delicious boba in your bubble tea. If chains turn you off to trying this bubble tea, I can assure you that quality is not affected by that factor. It is really worth a try!

Ordered crystal boba but didn't receive any.

Went there with 4 other people last week. We ordered a total of 24 drinks. They told us next time if we're ordering over 20 drinks we should call them and order by phone, which is fine. I didn't know because the other KF tea in Chinatown didn't allow that. I'd rather order by phone or online to save them time and give them a heads up when it's a big order anyways. However, when we got home, we realized that 7 of our drinks didn't even have toppings in them. Every drink in my order was supposed to have either crystal boba, nata jelly or both. So I'm a little disappointed because I had paid for that. Also, there was way too much tea in my drinks than usual. I went on their Facebook to let them know and they received my message and didn't even bother replying. I was so excited that they were opening this location but if this is what their customer service is like, I won't be back.

Kung Fu tea staff rude. Tea overpriced and not good. They say they take credit cards but won't take them under $10.00.

BB Tea House Review…read more I stopped by BB Tea House on Sunday a little after 3 PM to buy some bánh cam , but I couldn't find any. When I asked the female cashier, she responded, "If you see it on the shelf, we have it. If you don't, we're sold out." I was honestly disappointed by the way she answered me. I don't understand why someone working in customer service would respond to a customer with that kind of attitude. I've been here many times before, and I have to say that some of the male employees I've interacted with have always been very sweet, polite, and friendly. To me, whether an item is sold out or still available isn't nearly as important as the attitude of the person serving customers. I always appreciate small businesses that provide warm and friendly customer service. Sometimes, people don't return to a business just because the food is delicious. Convenience, kindness, and the way customers are treated matter just as much, if not more. Good customer service costs nothing, but it can make all the difference in whether a customer decides to come back.

First time visiting Bambu here in Philly! I've been to a few locations in the SF Bay area already,…read moreso I am already well familiar with the franchise generally. Shop is on the smaller side, but definitely clean and appealing. Love having Vietnamese music videos on the screen that are chiller and a nice change of pace from other places that are showing sensory overloading K-Pop or anime. Definitely less distracting when eating in. Our group ordered a ton of different things, but I got the #13 Ube Halo Halo. I've had the real stuff in the Philippines, and this was pretty good! We asked for an extra cup to share too, and were able to get that, along with our desserts within minutes of ordering. Not too busy on a Sunday evening, so this place was also a great place to chat. Only 3-4 tables here, so seating can only accommodate smaller groups, especially if there are other groups already.

It's kind of funny that my first review in my new city is for a spot I already know from back home,…read morebut that familiarity is exactly what made me so happy to find it was in my area. It felt like a reliable, consistent, and delicious reminder of home. I ordered the #4 Chè Sương Sa Hạt Lựu, which comes with red tapioca (my favorite!), mung bean, jello, grass jelly, pandan jelly, and coconut milk. The mix of flavors and textures was spot on with chewy, crunchy, smooth, and refreshing elements all in one cup. At first I thought there was a lot of ice but once everything was stirred in, the balance was just right and it kept the dessert cool without diluting the taste. Service was quick and efficient. My order was ready in no time and the staff handled a steady stream of customers with ease. The space itself is small with a few tables and chairs, and it definitely filled up over the hour I was there on a random Monday afternoon. The atmosphere had a casual vibe that made it easy to relax and enjoy my chè without feeling rushed. Overall this was a wonderful first stop to review in my new home and I am already looking forward to coming back!

There's not a lot of places, especially in LA area that have savory Martabak, but this one nails it. I was only doing day trip to Philly so I was able to place a pick up order and they were very nice to have me pick up way after the opening hours because I was running late. Just keep in mind that they made it fresh so it's better to call couple hours in advance for them to make your order. I would say 3 to 4 hours before. They are combined store with other type of food like fried chicken and have a similar name so I can't wait to come back to Philly and try those fried chicken! When I went there to pick up my order, it was raining, but there were people waiting for that chicken orders. The auntie is also very nice. Their sign and color is very catchy so it's hard to miss. Vibe is very homie as well.

Let me preface by saying that when I rate bubble tea places, I usually compare them in relation to…read moreKung Fu Tea because Kung Fu Tea's bubble tea isn't the best but it isn't the worst. It's not my go to spot but it's always a safe option when that boba craving hits. And they have a good variety when it comes to milky and fruitier options. For additional context, I usually prefer fruit teas and adjust the sugar level (typically one level below 100% sweetness). After trying a few of their drinks, I would rank Gong Cha as being around the same level as Kung Fu Tea. I like that this location normally makes their drinks starting at the 70% sugar level, which is a plus in my book. Overall, out of the drinks I've tried, there haven't been any standouts that result in me craving Gong Cha when that bubble tea craving hits. But, the drinks I have liked have been pleasant. Drink Ordered: * worth trying - [Lemon Ai-Yu White Pearl]: I think the lemon tastes too artificial but it's less noticeable at the 70% sugar level. I like the ai-yu jelly and white pearl combination though. - [Lemon Wintermelon Basil Seeds*]: I really liked the lemon and wintermelon combination. - [Grapefruit Yogurt Drink with Aloe Vera*]: I liked that this drink was more grapefruit forward compared to other similar drinks from other bubble tea shops. I've also ordered this drink with the white pearl topping, which is an equally good topping option. - [Wintermelon Milk Tea with Aloe Vera*]: There was a small sign on the counter recommending the aloe vera topping with the Wintermelon Milk Tea but I would not personally recommend that combination. I feel like aloe vera pairs better with non-milky drinks. The wintermelon milk tea drink itself was good though and had a really pleasant, fragrant wintermelon aftertaste. It probably would have tasted better with the pearl topping. - [Thai Mango Smoothie]: This is a seasonal summer drink. The mango flavor was light and tasted artificial and had more of a slushy consistency. It comes with passion fruit jelly as the topping. I thought that the drink was very underwhelming. - [Lychee Oolong with Ai-Yu Jelly]: The drink was too sweet but could taste better if it was less sweet. The drink is more oolong tea forward. Would I go back? : Yes, but only if I'm in the mood for it. Mr. Wish, which is one of my favorite bubble tea shops, is in the same plaza and I will almost always choose Mr. Wish over Gong Cha.
