Pela cor e pelo tamanho da bebida, senti que a quantidade de leite não estava proporcional. Além de não ter gostado do sabor, aquela quantidade de cafeína poderia até me causar uma crise de ansiedade, algo que acontece comigo quando consumo cafeína em excesso. Fui até o balcão de forma educada apenas para pedir um pouco mais de leite. Não pedi para trocarem a bebida, não reclamei da forma como ela foi feita e nem voltei depois de consumir metade do café -- literalmente tomei um gole e apenas solicitei um ajuste simples. Infelizmente, isso foi suficiente para que eu fosse tratada com deboche por uma funcionária, que respondeu: "Da próxima vez você pode pedir em qualquer outro drive thru, porque o nosso café é forte." No primeiro momento até fiquei sem reação pelo tom sarcástico, porque sinceramente não esperava esse tipo de tratamento.
