So happy this location opened up. Literally close to home. When I heard about their grand opening and their bogo deal, I had to stop by. This location is right in downtown lake forest so it's very convenient. A great place to just chill and play games with friends. There was a couple of people waiting in the store. We waited a little longer than usual just because of the other people already there. I got the winter melon tea with bubbles. My first time trying and I love it. I usually get peach oolong tea or oolong milk tea but I decided to try something new. This place didn't disappoint! I will definitely come back.

LF has been in need of a boba spot for a while. Pretty good selection, nice interior, and attentive staff!

Was craving for something sweet and fun on my ride home and ended up finding out that this spot recently opened. It wasn't on google but I'm glad I was able to check Yelp first looking for good boba while I was in the area. They just opened up on Monday so it's a nice new store. The boba menu is the same as you would expect from other kungfu teas. I opted to try the cocoa wow and it was so good! I didn't get to take a pic of it bc I got too eager to try it. Definitely check this place out and welcome them to the area!

Everyone was super nice. This is a must visit for sure!!

Every time I order a drink, they're out of the flavor. What's the point to have them on the menu if they're never available. So frustrating

For example, the Kungfu Tea in Libertyville, their tapioca pearls are so inconsistent. Sometimes I go and they're mushy and other times, they're so hard like rubber bullets; they're never made correctly and perfectly every time. That's where Te Amo comes in the picture. Their tapioca pearls are consistently good. They also have really good flavor combinations and the drinks are made with care. Along with the boba tea, they also sell mochi donuts and basque cheesecake!

It was still a bit too sweet, I would've picked 10% if it had that option. The foam is a bit sour and bitter, kinda shocking. But not until you get to the actual drink part, it's actually not bad. The light bitterness throughout was really good. Both ube and dalgona flavors come out. But I might try to go with more simple/purer flavors, one at a time. I find mixed flavors a bit too much, since not all mixed flavors go well together. Might just go with dalgona by itself next time or ube creme brulee alone. Also, I think the drink I had would've been better cold, as the ice would cut the sweetness to half if I waited long enough. I would've ordered a cold one but cold would've exacerbated my cough, so hot it is. Also wanted to add that the boba were done well, not under or overcooked. The tapioca itself had a nice toasted sugar flavor. As for service, it's mostly a self-service kiosk. Ordering is pretty easy and straightforward, and they have Apple Pay. Interestingly the ordering system is through Chowbus, they text you your order number.

Establishment is very bright and clean. Making it even better is a drive thru window for orders you call in and can pick up at the window. Yay! We chose to dine in. We ordered the Mongolian beef dinner with jasmine rice. Plus the Barbecue Korean Beef dinner. Additionally an order of egg drop soup was large enough for two to share. We also had the crispy egg rolls. The portions were large, nicely presented and absolutely delicious. Beef very tender and I was very happy to have the entree presented with just the right amount of onion. Lately other places we've tried have presented a very small amount of beef and way too much onion to fill in what they are chintzing you on. Couldn't be more impressed and very excited to have found our place. We can't wait to try other entrees. They are open for lunch and dinner - I don't think this restaurant will disappoint!

We were greeted by whom I believe was the owner upon walking in and he patiently and enthusiastically recommended some of their popular favorites. My husband and I try to consume as little added sugars as possible, and the owner was quickly accommodating. We tried their original milk tea with no boba, and it really hit the spot! Super flavorful, even with 25% sugar. My mom tried their frozen Philippine mango drink and WOWZA! Even with 25% sugar, it's a MUST! The staff mentioned it's 10x better when you order it as originally made - which I can't wrap my head around how it could taste even better than it did. In addition to boba drinks, they offer alcohol filled boba like tequila, a mix of gifts, candy, trinkets, and an arcade area around the back left. There's a free little photobooth as well and a pool table. Perfect stop for the whole family! Next time we'll have to try the food offerings and report back.

I'm in love. Seriously, I'm in love. I have been looking for a place that offered dim sum and…read moredumplings for a while now (ever since I experienced them at Din Tai Fung and Dough Zone in Seattle) and I can honestly say that Seriously Sanji is a great place. My wife told me there was a dumpling place in Northbrook and took me there for a late lunch the other day. I know that she's not a fan of dumplings, but "took one for the team" and brought me there. We just ordered basic beverages, her a water and I a Coke Zero. She then ordered Pad Thai and I ordered chicken soup dumplings and chicken sanji. The pad thai came out first and it was a huge portion. She barely put a dent into it and it became two additional meals later. She said it was different than other places she's had it and that it was good, but different. I noticed the chicken pieces were huge chunks and the sauce had a little kick to it and wasn't thick, but it was tasty. I first got the chicken soup dumplings. Man, they were good. They're larger than the ones I've had at Din Tai Fung and The Dough Zone, but they sure are delicious. And since I prefer not to drive into the city and spend over an hour on the road to get downtown, to go find some other dumpling/dim sum place; I'm happy there's a great place in the suburbs near me. They rival the other two mentioned previously. Their sauces are great, the dumplings are great. The sanji was delicious. Heck, that's in their darn name. All of it was good. And this is my go to place in the suburbs now. The place is a cute. As you enter the vestibule, there's a dumpling with a body welcoming you in. The place is just all black and red and you wait to be seated. There is a container with chopsticks on each table, but the napkin is wrapped around a fork (most places you have to ask for a fork, so this is a nice change). I could use a knife for the sanji as they are quite big, but it's not a problem eating them without. Our server was very nice and helpful. There's really no place in the north to northwest suburbs that serves this type of food and you'd be foolish to skip it. I'll see you there soon. I'll be the one making the yummy sounds.

Note that there are 2 Bubblicious inside the mall. I had used Google to look for Bubble Tea and it brought me to the correct parking location without a walk. It's next to the Victoria Secret store. Ambiance wise, I'll say I don't like Gurnee Mills. It's a pretty rough crowd though it's just judging by appearances/vibe which always isn't accurate.
