Downright good location of a Kung Fu Tea. I respect that! I like the milk cap bubble teas with cold foam. Those are the best!

Kung Fu Tea has partnered with Carmen's Italian Ice. Since we are frequent visitors of the Carmen's in Rockville, we have their re-usable cups and their Crave Card. (Note that they rinse the cups before filling it.) The person at the counter of Kung Fu did not know what size the cup was in order to charge me the correct amount. It's medium by the way. They ran out of salted caramel custard that night. Okay, I get the vanilla and chocolate twist. Not bad but I always get salted caramel because it's my favorite. Then I handed them the Crave Card and they said they don't accept it. Sigh. We had just added $150 to the card at the Carmen's in Rockville two weeks ago during Jayden Day and we couldn't use it at this location. We sat down to eat our treats and the chairs were sticky. A good wipe down of the entire chairs including the back rest would be a good idea. Not a good night unfortunately. read more

Who doesn't love boba tea?!!! When I heard there were doing a grand opening at the Kentlands location I was super excited! The only thing I can say about the location is that parking is not super convenient though there is a lot of parking closer to the theater. If you don't care for long walks? This is just in preparation. Haha either way it was worth it for me! Customers service was fabulous!!! Everyone was friendly and ready to assist me! I am familiar with their menu options and took advantage of their Bogo deal. I love how this location shows you their topping options. I'm so use to Germantown and Clarksburg not having theirs in display. But I did the Kung fu tea with boba with regular sugar, and it did not disappoint. Will I come here again? Of course! Not gonna lie though, I was kind of sad they changed the old bubble tea place that used to be here into a KFT because the old menu had different drinks (my favorite was the rose milk tea), but I'm a big fan of KFT so i'm not complaining.
