I come for the drinks! The drinks are always on point. My favorite is the lychee punch with the flavor and caffeine the taste is unmatched. Then you add boba and it transforms to next level greatness. The service is okay. It could be better. They installed these ordering machines so they rarely take your order. I always see them talking and taking time to do orders. They could be a little more efficient. To keep the line down. It's nice to have a bubble tea place in the mall. Located on the lower level next to Target, Kung fu has a large variety. My fav is the pistachio latte with coconut jelly. Made quick. Decent service. Recommend as a nice alternative to Starbucks and Dunkin. read more

There drinks don't taste the same as other location and I have been to a few. They have basically no taste when it comes to slushy. Cutting you short of the ingredients it's more ice than anything. The staff is always rushing you to place your order. It never fails they always get my order wrong as if they don't even know their own menu. Didn't this staff get trained is what I'm thinking. I pretty much love every Kung Fu Tea, and I usually stick with my staples at a newly visited location, regular milk tea with boba 30% sugar. Today was no different. The cashier said the internet wasn't working so it was cash only and she wouldnt honor the 10 free bubble/bobas from my app. Most locations would honor it since it was their issue, not here. If you want to pay with a card, same response of no internet. Go figure. I got my drink quickly from the second employee. For some reason, my drink was super pale, more milk than tea and lacking in its regular rich black tea base. On a positive note, the boba were well-cooked and flavored. I actually enjoy this location! Very good bubble tea! I ordered the OG kung fu bubble tea with less bubbles and forgot to tell them my sweetness level and it STILL came out perfect! It wasn't overly sweet nor bitter. A nicely done fragrant tea as well, as that's very important to me as I'm a tea lover in all its forms. If you don't love fragrant, some would say "perfume-y" teas, I wouldn't suggest this place. I love it though. Very nice bubble teas. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this location. read more

I really like this place. However, I have a few stipulations. While the interior is really nice and the staff are really welcoming they get my order wrong about 80% of the time I go there so it's not always a good experience. I always say the same thing, but they always get it wrong. I used to think it was me, but then I even started reading off the menu and I still got the wrong order. But every time I went there I was always in a rush, so I just took what I could get and left. It's unfortunate because it's kind of pricey, and to always get the wrong order isn't fun but at least it tastes good. Never what I'm expecting but at least it taste good. read more

Good option if you're craving bubble tea. We bought three drinks: a Lychee Punch with Nata Jelly, Passionfruit Green Tea with Nata Jelly, and Brown Sugar Milk Tea with Tapioca. The drinks were refreshing. I got my drink with 70% sugar and less ice which was a perfect combination because the nata jelly already added a bit of sweetness to the drink. Happy about this boba tea joint located in the mall. Bubble tea shops are located everywhere and it's about time king's plaza mall has their own! The cashier who took my order seems friendly (I go to other kung fu teas and they are not always the nicest). I just hope they get enough business to sustain themselves because businesses now a days aren't doing the best and I would hate that for this location. As for their product, I say it was pretty good. I am not a fan of hard bubbles that have harden due to time. It tasted chewy and I was content with that. The tea was strong enough but, not to have me stay up all night. Every Kung fu tea I've went too is good. But this one isn't as good. I ordered a passion fruit Gt with bubbles and instead they gave me mango Gt. Instead of making a new one, they made a passion fruit Gt with the same bubbles they had in the mango Gt... I find that so disgusting. And they always give half the serving of bubbles. Why am I paying for bubbles to get half of what I paid for. Not to mention the customer service sucks. They always have a attitude and in a rush. I do not recommend this spot. I love kung fu tea but this is by far the worst one I've been to. I am very disappointed, there was no quality to the drinks. The service was bad, both the workers didn't know the formulas. I ordered a lychee punch, and it wasn't even good. Normally, lychee punch is lychee syrup, green tea and water but the person who made it put straight up green tea with no ice and unshaken, and it tasted terrible. Even with straight green tea there was no green tea flavor, it just tasted like water. I couldn't even taste the lychee flavor. I watched them make the drinks and they didn't even shake the drinks like they're supposed to, instead they dumped the ingredients into the cup and added tea with no ice. They even charge you for toppings that's supposed to come with the drink, mango green tea comes with mango jelly, matcha slush comes with red bean. It's supposed to be free with the drink but they said we have to charge you and try to play it off like the customer is dumb. I've ordered the mango green tea from other kung fu teas and not once was i charged for mango jelly, just this place. I gave this place two tries but im done with it. read more

It's ok . Either a hit or a miss every time I go there . Only bubble tea location I know that has ran out of bubbles , two times I been there . Bubbles are not sweet and they don't put enough.
