They sheetrocked over existing ceiling tiles and did a great job patching up my ceiling where previous butchers had their inelegant hand at installing my island hood. The texturing is fabulous and the ceiling looks great compared to its previous state! (Although, the wall repair was hurriedly sanded, if at all. I'll need to bust out the palm sander to finish it myself.) My main complaint is that they weren't particularly meticulous with lines or overly concerned about cleanup. I will have to touch up the paint on every wall because even though they taped they somehow smeared plaster (or whatever the white stuff is) at almost every ceiling/wall seam. Whatever it is, it won't just wipe off. (I scrubbed at it with a Clorox wipe for a minute before giving up. Maybe I just need a different tool...). Regardless, how does that even happen with professional taping?? It might not have been as irksome had all my walls been the same color, but they're not. So it's gonna be a pain getting paint matches and such. There were also an abundance of little plaster splatters about the walls. Some of it had been wiped up, but not well because there's lots of hazy swaths of residual medium all over the place. I'm still cleaning those remnants up. Fortunately, the wood floors were spared. They did an excellent job of laying down plastic. I don't remember the same issues the first go-round... maybe the crew were different? We have lots more ceiling sheetrock to do, and we'll probably use them again, but I'll have to refrain from investing time in painting walls beforehand.

Called this company because of a waterleak in my upstairs laundryroom. It was leaking down to the…read morefirst floor which damaged the drywall. The leaking water saturated the upstairs floor and the ceiling below, ruining it. Daniel the owner came out and was very confident he could match my hand troweled texture perfectly , even though I was sure I would see a fixed area after it was done .This guy is a master of his craft. He cut the damaged area out and replaced it with fresh sheet rock. Then he spent and entire afternoon perfecting the finish. It looks like it never happened. I gotta say, Im happy I paid a little bit more for his services compared to the previous two drywall contractors that came over to quote the job that instilled absolutely no confidence. Thank you for doing what you do. I hope this never happens again but if it does, rest assured I am calling you!

contacted Lester about a drywall repair. He said he would send David, one of his "best guys" over…read morethe next day. I saw that David had good Google reviews and agreed to have him do the job. Instead of sending David, Lester subcontracted out the job to a crew that told me they had never actually met Lester in person. Lester had initially stated that he would include painting if I provided the paint. When I asked Lester about the painting after the repair had been made he incorrectly stated that the reason that they had not painted was that I never provided paint to the crew. This was not true. He also told me that I needed to "Read the messages!!" referring to our previous text exchange and work agreement. Once I sent a screenshot of our previous conversation to refresh Lester's memory and told him that I had provided the paint to the crew and discussed it with them, he said he would call me later to reschedule the paint job. I never heard from him again. Fortunately, I was able to contact the crew that was subcontracted to finish the job with them directly. I wouldn't recommend using Lester. I had 2 different companies come out and look at the repair and they both said that it was a poor job and recommended removing the texture and redoing it. Starting with our first call and working with the Schedulers: Illyn, Judy and Katia to get the estimate done and work scheduled. They were readily available to answer questions. Sales persons Dusty and Alex who visited our home to assess the work. Dusty provided us with a very reasonable and fair price for the project. We needed to address water stains from a 2023 roof leak in three ceiling areas, as well as hairline cracks from the house settling over the last 22 years. The team arrived promptly at 8:00 AM. Chris, the Crew Leader, clearly explained the work plan and how the team would proceed. Matt, the Lead Painter, along with Alexis and Kay, worked exceptionally well together. Their attention to detail was evident, and the final result is beautiful. We recently found out we had termite damage. We had to have a termite inspection for a VA refinance…read moreof our home and that's when the damage was found. Our lender required us to have the damage on the back wall of our dining room repaired before we could close our mortgage. The drywall had to be cut out, replaced and then texture sprayed on so that we could paint it. We were contacted on Friday with this news and the repair needed to be done by Monday so I could pay for it Tuesday and have a paid invoice and photos of the repair to send the lender so we could close on Wednesday. Rebecca from Elite Dri-wall was happy to accommodate our needs and said she's squeeze us in on Monday. She even called and let me know when to expect the drywall repair person. I wish I knew his name, but I don't. He showed up and worked quickly, did a great job and left the area cleaner than it was when he arrived. I was totally impressed and the person handling our loan was also impressed. She sees a lot of these types of photos and said he'd done a wonderful job. The cost for the repair was actually very reasonable. I was concerned as to cost and Rebecca let me know up front what they charge per hour and that we'd only be charged for how long the person was there. We had two spots on the same wall where we'd had to drill to install exterior lighting and while we'd patched the area, we hadn't repainted. The man from Elite sprayed the texture on those two spots for us after asking if I wanted him to do so. It was quite nice of him to do. Yes, the spots were fairly small - maybe saucer sized, but he didn't have to offer and both my husband and I appreciated it. We will recommend Elite whenever anyone needs work like this done. We were completely impressed and appreciative that they had such awesome customer service and that their employee did a great job.
