After the first heavy rains in April 2022, I noticed a steady stream of water leaking from a seam in our seamless gutter. I called and was told someone would be out Saturday. No one showed up. I called at least a half dozen more times, no answer so I left messages. No responses ever! The leak has gotten progressively worse with each storm to the point where the sections of gutter are separating. Totally shoddy workmanship and unprofessional business!! Do not use!!!! S Banek

I've had the pleasure of working with both Javier and Tristan. They are professional, respectful, punctual, and take the time to explain everything clearly so that I--and my clients--fully understand the roof's condition. Today, Javier inspected both my home and my rental property, and I've always appreciated his optimism paired with straightforward honesty about what truly needs attention. I will continue to recommend Alvarado Roofing with confidence. In an industry where trust matters most, their honesty. Teresa Morrison | Coldwell Banker Legacy

I recently had the pleasure of working with Sandia Seamless Gutter, and from start to finish, the…read moreexperience was absolutely outstanding. It's not every day that you come across a company that combines excellent workmanship with genuine customer care, but Sandia Seamless Gutter delivers both--and then some. Abel, the owner, came out personally to provide an estimate, which I really appreciated. Even though my project wasn't a large one, he treated it with total professionalism and took the time to walk through all the options with me, answer my questions, and make sure I understood the scope of the work. I had a fairly complex drainage situation in the front entryway of my home, and Abel was quickly able to come up with a plan that met my needs. His attitude was refreshingly honest and kind--there was zero pressure, just thoughtful recommendations and clear communication. What stood out immediately was how responsive and prompt Abel was throughout the entire process. He followed up quickly, scheduled the job without delay, and stayed in touch until the day of the install. You can tell that he values each and every customer, no matter the size of the job. That level of personal attention is rare, and it made me feel confident that I had chosen the right company. On installation day, his crew arrived exactly on time and got straight to work. They were courteous, professional, and clearly experienced. I watched them work with efficiency and precision, and they made sure everything was done to my exact specifications. You can tell they take real pride in what they do--and it shows in the final result. The gutters not only look fantastic, but they're clearly built to last and perform well in our New Mexico weather. What impressed me most was Abel's follow-through. After the installation was complete, he came back later that same day to personally inspect the work, walk the job with me, and make sure every detail met both his standards and mine. He asked if I had any concerns, took the time to explain what they had done, and didn't leave until he was certain I was completely satisfied. That kind of follow-up is so rare in today's world--it speaks volumes about how much he values his customers and his reputation. I've worked with other home improvement contractors in the past, and I can say without hesitation that Sandia Seamless Gutter stands far above their competition in Albuquerque. Their pricing is fair, their craftsmanship is excellent, and their customer service is second to none. It's clear this is a family-run business that truly cares about its clients and takes pride in doing things the right way. If you're looking for quality gutter work--whether it's a big job or a small one--I wholeheartedly recommend Sandia Seamless Gutter. Abel and his team have earned my trust and my highest recommendation. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again or refer them to family and friends. Support small businesses like this one--you'll be glad you did.
