It turns out the acrylic paint they used on their foam was not that great. I've been painting it myself with silicone roof paint, but the leaks finally caught up to my efforts this past winter. We chose 99 Restoration because of their good reputation, and they did not disappoint. Tyler was helpful and responsive to questions. They waited for the right weather to do the best job possible. The polyurea lining on top of the new foam roof seems super-durable, and I feel I can sleep peacefully while I'm listening to the rain fall on our roof. I spoke with a certain Tom who promised he would send his supervisor for the estimate within a couple of days but will confirm a more exact date after speaking to said supervisor. I did not hear back from him at the end of the day. The next morning on 07/17, I called to follow up and a guy again by the name of Tom answered it. He was kind of irate and asked me "who are you?" I told him we spoke yesterday regarding a repair estimate. His response was "How could I have spoken to you? In the first place, I am in Germany? What is the name of my company?" I could sense that he was thinking I was just making a story of that phone call. The reception from the start of the call and the way the conversation was proceeding was very un-friendly to the point of being rude. What could have been said in a more professional fashion was done so crudely. So I said, "Oh forget it, I am no longer interested to seek your help". He responded: "Me either and do not call again" He could be having a bad day but what a way to bring it in front of a potential customer. If you need a roof repair, I'm sure there are other outfits who can be professional enough and grateful for any new business to be knocking on their door. I had 3 roofers come out to investigate the roof leak I had in my living room. One said that the entire roof needed to be replaced, 14,000 dollars. The 2nd roofer said that entire part of the roof needed replacing, 4,600 dollars. Tom came out and said that my overall roof was in great shape and still had about 7-10 years of life in it. He identified the leak as need ih ng to replace the valley where two slopes of my gable roof came together. He removed and installed a new dead valley and the shingles 3 feet up on both sides, 950.00 dollars. So many roofers will recommend a full roof change, even when it's not needed. Tom is polite, very informative, and will take care of the problem without over diagnosing the problem.

He found the problem right away which was cracked stucco on our parapets. He repaired all the parapets and fixed the inside roof. We also had them patch the cracks in the stucco on the entire house. He had a wonderful hard working crew and they did a good job. We felt the price was reasonable based on past work done on our home. Hector and the office staff were wonderful to work with and we will hire him back.
