A Roofing Company You Can Trust With Your Home AND Your Business…read moreAs a contractor who handles solar installations and electrical projects all over Albuquerque, I work with a lot of trades -- and BMC Roofing is in a league of their own. Whenever we need roof penetrations or roofing support on a job, Paul and Charlotte are the first people I call. Their workmanship is flawless, their communication is honest and straightforward, and their integrity shows in every interaction. This is a true family business built on trust, reliability, and pride in their craft. They treat every roof like it's their own, and that's rare in this industry. I wouldn't trust my roof -- or my customers' roofs -- to anyone else. If you want a roofing company that delivers quality, stands behind their work, and genuinely cares about the people they serve, BMC Roofing is the only name you need

They were all ready to go before I gave them the deposit but once they had it they were in no hurry. What they didn't do is replace the landscaping timber they drove their trucks across and broke. They didn't fill the ruts their trucks made in my yard. I'm still finding cigarette butts in my yard and my rain catch system is full of roofing nails. I was a little late paying them the last 10% of the invoice because money is tight ever since the pandemic. They were aggressive at receiving their payment. Their TV ads are happy and cheerful but if you owe them money...not so cheerful.

After my research i thought Fiddler roofing would do a great job, which they did at first no complaints but this year 1 1/2 later i have had 3 different leaks at different times and becuase they don't come right away i have ceiling damage. I've called the company and they ignore my calls, and i've been asking to speak with a General manage for the past 2 wks and haven't gotten a call back. I know he is ignoring everytime I call and they and they answer, I get the " oh he just left the office" excuse or sometimes i have to call 5 times since they know my number they don't answer they ignore my call so that upsets my more. I am so frustrated because they are not wanting to take responsibility for there bad work. I have never had so many problems with any one doing work on my home like i have with this company. So from experience please beware, that they give you the warranty but they do not honor it and that is sad for such a big company to treat there customers this way. I will continue calling until they fix their mess up.

I didn't start the best, but as Tyler said, "some of the best miscommunications can make for great friendships." They came out. They looked at my house. Within 24 hours they got me a quote. We bought our house in 1998 and have had trouble with leaks almost from the get-go. We had it reroofed with foam through a local Santa Fe roofer in 2003, and it began leaking about three years later. It turns out the acrylic paint they used on their foam was not that great. I've been painting it myself with silicone roof paint, but the leaks finally caught up to my efforts this past winter. We chose 99 Restoration because of their good reputation, and they did not disappoint. Tyler was helpful and responsive to questions. They waited for the right weather to do the best job possible. The polyurea lining on top of the new foam roof seems super-durable, and I feel I can sleep peacefully while I'm listening to the rain fall on our roof. Tyler and Ali did a great job, and I'm confident about the results. I highly recommend them.

Despite having a property managers and looking over 3 different quotes they provided, the work description and the prices range are way off from one another, which make my husband feel uncomfortable and decided to look for another roof company out of the property managing company's network. Let just say, we are glad that we did. Thanks to the wonderful reviews on yelp, they guided me to reach out to Jacqueline and her husband Eric. They were so enthusiastic to help and excited to educate us about our roof condition as well as what needed to be done. Eric had to visit our property a few times to assess the situation and was extremely patient with our tenant, which is a big plus. Their price is quite reasonable too. They are officially become our go to roof company for our NM house and for any referrals in the future. If there is a day Jacqueline and Eric decide to get into property management business, we will probably support it too. It is because we trust them.

NOT RECOMMENDED! This is by far my worst contractor experience. I was left completely in the dark…read moreon project start dates, delays, return and finish dates, and special order updates. I grew extremely frustrated, and was eventually forced to conclude Lujan & Sons Constr. (LSC) has no concern for customer satisfaction. LSC was contracted for a tar/gravel re-roof and parapet repair. Here is just a PARTIAL list of what I experienced, and what should be considered red flags for potential new customers. - HSC failed to pull a permit, as required by the city. I checked with the city the day after the job was finished, and again 1 week later. JSC even cashed my final payment BEFORE I forced them to pull a permit with a series of documented text messages. - 2 delays on my re-roof project start date without any advance notification (once, they called THAT morning). - I had to spend 45 minutes every evening cleaning up after the roofers around the entire perimeter of my home. The debris included roof gravel with sticky tar, which forced me to wear shoes covers. I soon discovered they swept roof gravel into my decorative rock and flower gardens. - In one instance during my evening clean up, the roofers left several large pieces of lumber next to my driveway, which protruded 8-9 inches into the sidewalk. Very dangerous, and another city ordinance violation. I was forced to move them myself. - Without my permission, they used MY waterhoses, pushbroom and even my A-frame ladder (to hang plastic over the windows). Talk about a major contractor NO-NO!! For liability reasons, I NEVER would have allowed them to use my A-frame ladder! - They double-kinked my water hose in the frontyard to "turn off the water", and once left the water running for hours until I turned it off. - They threw trash in my recycle bin, which included a beer bottle wrapped in aluminum foil. - HSC asked for a progress payment, which was NOT in the terms of the agreement; I refused. - I never once received a phone call asking if I was satisfied with the work, with the work crew, with their daily clean up, if they were on time in the morning, if they worked a full day, if I had any concerned or complaints that needed to be addressed, etc. Not once. To put my review in perspective, I have been a homeowner for 30 years; this is not my first experience with contractors, both good and bad. I believe this makes me more than qualified to provide potential customers an objective review based on facts, many of which are documented with photos and text messages. Lastly, HSC has given me NO reason to believe I was provided a high quality roof and parapet repair that will last 20+ years. They showed no concern in my immediate satisfaction, so why should I believe they are interested in my satisfaction 15 or 20 years down the road!? I would strongly advise against using this company!!
