The other gutter they recently installed was really bad, leaked in two spots because of the install. I would have had All Out fix this, but they did not even want to come out measure my new install and then gave me over 8000.00 for a 1600 square foot home. I did get this job for half that locally. The fellow whose name escapes me now was quick, professional, low pressure, but enthusiastic about the fact that AOSG had unbeatable rates. And if my research was any gauge of that, it was an accurate assertion. The bid was great! Unfortunately, that's where the enthusiastic customer service ended. They got the gutters up, alright, but didn't bother to consult with me on a known problem downspout area I'd spoken with the estimator about. Instead, they just kinda threw some stuff up there in a fashion that I will personally have to redirect to avoid the summer deluges wiping out my garden bed. Ok, I can blame myself for not supervising the work directly, I suppose. But then I asked the same fellow who was very engaged during the bid to be sure they cleaned up the site, as I'd found lots of pointy hardware in my yard and driveway recently as a result of total hailstorm roof reno, and just had a tire repair. He kinda brushed aside my comment with a "yeah yeah, the guy ran a magnet, don't worry." After they left, I did a visual scan of the driveway and found a virtual arsenal of nails, screws, and the like... they were everywhere! Now I realize they didn't all come from the gutter guys, but who was "running that magnet" anyway?! Ok, whatever, they were in a rush to get to the next job no doubt. I get it. But when I sent an [actually very polite and friendly] message to the office about the oversight, I got no response.... not even a thank you for your business, much less an apology. The next day, I noticed the downspout they'd installed had separated, creating a flowing fountain directly above my gate. I took a picture and emailed for a repair and got no response. I called the office and left a message with no response. So I called the estimator directly who said oh yes, I'll schedule that with the office, and never heard back. I called the office again, no answer. And I called the estimator who apologized for not getting it in the books. I finally got a call from the office to schedule the fix that day. Seriously? So there were no dealbreakers about the job to inspire a horrible review, but these guys are really just mediocre at customer service. At least they're cheap.

Their product is excellent and installation was very professional. Steve, the foreman, was knowledgeable, polite, and a pleasure to work with. He answered all our questions and even fixed a portion of some previous gutter we had done by another vendor. My only constructive feedback would be for the workers to limit their smoking around the actual work site. I am sensitive to cigarette smoke and I found it a bit disconcerting to see some of the workers smoking while they worked, even if it was outside and on my roof. Also, I would suggest in these cautious times, that masks be worn when workers are in contact with the customer. Overall, I highly recommend Estrada Development and am very pleased with the results we received.

In order to make the meeting happen I had to coordinate the schedules of myself, Duane, the real estate agent, and the seller who still lives in the house. Duane met us and looked around and took some measurements and talked mostly to the real estate agent rather than to me. As we were leaving I asked how I would receive his estimate. He told me that he would text me and ask me for my email and then send the estimate via email. I thought that was strange. Why didn't he just get my email right then? A day passed and I had not heard from him. I tried calling and texting but he ignores me and he never sent the estimate. Duane, why did you waste your own time as well as the time of 3 other people if you did not intend to give me an estimate? You do not conduct business in a professional manner. I would not trust someone who plays games likes to do any work on my house.

They work very efficiently, quickly and do high quality work. The weather impacted a lot of their time but they communicated well and informed me when they'd be able to continue the project. It ended up being more expensive then originally quoted due to unforeseen damages. Price is very responsible given the labor involved. They cleaned up the area nicely before leaving and always asked before leaving items behind. They even got an electrician involved when needed to ensure the best quality. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof/roof repair. 8 year warranties and yearly checks? Can't say no to that!

We got a roof, Insurance paid half and then denied the rest. I was stuck with the bill which i…read morecould not afford. Luckys would not do a payment plan so they got an attorney. I then was able to make payments that way. I sold my house and it turns out Luckys didn't hire an attorney it was an employee that they said was an attorney. So the money i paid the attorney went to an employee that didnt even work for them. Then Luckys was paid again to pay off the lien on the house. Which means i was out $18,000. So they lied about the attorney and some employee got what was owed and Luckys got paid when i sold my house. So no i would not recommend Luckys.

This time I was lucky enough to find Lucky's. They've responded quickly to me, came out quickly to give a quote, quoted half of what the other company did, made the appointment immediately to fix it on my schedule. Then they sent me a reminder the day before of when they arrive. The next day they showed up on-time and completed the work. Couldn't ask for more. These will be the guys I call the next time I need a roof repair.
