Angel patiently showed me many samples, covered the pricing in detail, answered all my question regarding the difference in quality of the various products, came to my house several times to see how the installation was going and if there was anything I needed. Irving and Juan were so meticulous in all aspects of the job. I had tile and carpet, part of which was over my partial basement that added a couple of complications where one part of my addition wasn't even with the original house. Richard came out and they worked out a plan to transition the two levels. It came out perfectly. I kept my original baseboards. Irving and Juan removed them without damage, numbered each one and reinstalled them. They were wonderful I can't say enough good things about them. In the middle of the installation, I came down with covid. After a week, they were right back on the job. I was afraid they would have another job in the works and was grateful to see them ready to finish. All and all, they were just about like family by the time the job was complete. I told them I would miss them!! I had a dark tile I loved and carpet in bedrooms. The lighter flooring has brightened my house. I don't miss the tile or the carpet and will never have either again. I definitely made the right decision connecting with ABQ Flooring. And I'll be calling them for another project I'm looking at for my kitchen counter tops.

I will definitely keep them in mind should the need arise again, as I have two places to maintain.

Good thing is they came back to fix. Bad part is they sprayed my clear WINDOWS with paint. Good news is they said they would come clean it. Bad news is THEY DID NOT come clean, though they cleaned 1/2 of the windows. This is a family owned business and the workers are nice. But if the owner or son is not on the crew you're going to get awful work. Upside- it was $1300 for repairs. Downside- you get low cost repair that does not withstand the rest of time. I don't know if I'll use them again, the difficult part is that a lot of stucco companies will only redo your WHOLE house, so for touch-up repairs you're limited in options. Tisuque Stucco sent me to them.

If you are looking for anyone whom you could trust to do high quality stucco work, reach out to no one else other than Perez Plaster (I did have a few quotes came in...but felt like other people were more into selling their services to subcontract the work out rather than doing quality/detailed work for me). Perez Plaster's work was exceptional. Very high quality and professional all the way from start to finish. I'm very happy with the job well done by them!
