The days of the work, the team showed up on time and early in the morning as expected and communicated. The team members were all nice and polite and happy to help in any way they could. They also communicated about the work they would be doing and did a great job cleaning up each day, and not leaving the place messy like some other places would. The stucco work they did was perfect! I kept looking at my home and really enjoyed and definitely felt I made the right decision to go with Perez Plaster. If you are looking for anyone whom you could trust to do high quality stucco work, reach out to no one else other than Perez Plaster (I did have a few quotes came in...but felt like other people were more into selling their services to subcontract the work out rather than doing quality/detailed work for me). Perez Plaster's work was exceptional. Very high quality and professional all the way from start to finish. I'm very happy with the job well done by them!

Good thing is they came back to fix. Bad part is they sprayed my clear WINDOWS with paint. Good news is they said they would come clean it. Bad news is THEY DID NOT come clean, though they cleaned 1/2 of the windows. This is a family owned business and the workers are nice. But if the owner or son is not on the crew you're going to get awful work. Upside- it was $1300 for repairs. Downside- you get low cost repair that does not withstand the rest of time. I don't know if I'll use them again, the difficult part is that a lot of stucco companies will only redo your WHOLE house, so for touch-up repairs you're limited in options. Tisuque Stucco sent me to them.

Instead of sending David, Lester subcontracted out the job to a crew that told me they had never actually met Lester in person. Lester had initially stated that he would include painting if I provided the paint. When I asked Lester about the painting after the repair had been made he incorrectly stated that the reason that they had not painted was that I never provided paint to the crew. This was not true. He also told me that I needed to "Read the messages!!" referring to our previous text exchange and work agreement. Once I sent a screenshot of our previous conversation to refresh Lester's memory and told him that I had provided the paint to the crew and discussed it with them, he said he would call me later to reschedule the paint job. I never heard from him again. Fortunately, I was able to contact the crew that was subcontracted to finish the job with them directly. I wouldn't recommend using Lester. I had 2 different companies come out and look at the repair and they both said that it was a poor job and recommended removing the texture and redoing it. I attempted to follow-up with Lester and he won't respond to my messages

Ridgeview Roofing and Restoration is an incredibly reliable, professional and hardworking company!…read moreFrom the start of my experience with them until the job completion, I felt very comfortable and secure with every process, and all aspects of the job. And it was clearly all due to the diligent and consistent work of CeJay Hines. This company came highly recommended by a fellow teacher who had her roof, and her brother's roof completed by them. She had hail damage and they got her insurance company to cover all of it. I called them for my hail damage just to get an idea of price. CeJay Hines came out within 2 days and did a thorough inspection. He definitely knows roofing! He was able to find recent and older hail damage and connect it to Albuquerque storms that produced heavy hail in my neighborhood. He then went to bat with my insurance company. Initially, my roof was denied for a complete roof. I was bummed, but CeJay knew exactly what to do and tirelessly dealt with my insurance, and after some back and forth got my whole roof, my shed, and some interior ceiling damage fully covered!!!!! He also was very knowledgeable about my solar panels. He got insurance to cover the removal and reinstall of them as well! Originally, it was not covered, but he was persistent and well-versed in insurance procedures and tricks and got it covered! Amazing persistence and preparedness for all the issues! He made sure he was there when the insurance adjusters were on site. There was no down time from the day my solar panels were removed. They came out within 1 day and started my job. It was completed and all clean up was finished within 36 hours. No stress for me!!! He stayed in constant contact with me during the whole job, especially with all the insurance back and forth! I didn't have to do a thing. On top of all that, CeJay went above and beyond with issues that came up throughout the job. He removed and discarded the old satellite dish. He discovered that all existing roof canales were too high and lowered them to allow for proper drainage, (that part was NOT covered by insurance). He left extra TPO for the solar company to put under the panels during re-install. He replaced old shed shingles with some he had left over from another job, and did the whole new underlayment, again, at no cost to me! But my FAVORITE thing was that when he noticed my shed didn't have proper ventilation, he installed a turtle vent to help keep the shed cool!!!! I know this review is long, but there were so many details I had to get in. I was very impressed with Ridgeview Roofing and Restoration, and CeJay Hines, and his incredible attention to detail and roofing expertise!!! I can definitely say that this company is the best contractor that I have ever worked with in my 35 years of homeownership!!!
