We just replaced 16 big windows of an old Victorian home with Andersen 100 Series windows. From the initial home visit / consulting with Eric Dean to the window installation by Thomas and Adam (and one day with Ernest and Jonathan) the process was professional, transparent and courteous. We received regular updates from Ashley to inform us of delivery and installation dates. The installation crew worked swiftly and meticulously cleaned up after every day, leaving our home and outside in perfect conditions. We are awaiting completion of the outside stucco. We have used Flawless Results twice now, we replaced all of our windows in our living area, from the first time Eric Dean came out to visit us and give us a quote to the scheduling and constant updates from Amanda in production, it was truly a great experience. Man i don't even know where to start, We had our stucco replaced (i had no idea how precise this was btw) The crew was amazing they are truly artists they laid out plastic all around the home and a blue rug along the inside of our home! I was prepared for this project to be quite messy and let me tell you Lorenzo and Aaron left nothing absolutely nothing! They even blew the leaves and picked up some trash to get some after photos! They were very careful with our landscaping and did a good job not to disturb our irrigation lines.
