So much that one of the gutters/downsprout that was attached to the side of my home (for rain water relief to the ground) broke off and just fell apart.onto my garden. I actually didn't know what to do..I didn't even know the part that broke off and fell down was called downsprouts until I read up more about handyman jobs related to gutters. More importantly, I didn't even know if the job was worth it for many businesses/contractors out there to even take it. But...I took my chance to contact a few businesses...and Sandia Seamless Gutter was the only one (never mind the onthers that didn't pick up the call or return my messages) that replied promptly and gave me a quote in a timely manner (the next day!). One the day of estimates, Abel stopped by my home to see the work that was needed. He gave an honest recommendations and gave me a quote promptly right after he left. I was glad it wasn't too expensive either and was happy with the suggestions he had. Sandia Seamless Gutter is a family run business...pretty much run by dad, mom and son...so you may have to wait a bit to get your work done...but it was all worth it to me! The day of the agreed upon work, Abel's son (actually the owner of the business) stopped by on time as promised and install the new downsprout for me himself! He even took the time to sand and paint the other gutters with double coat/matching colors for me. The end job was worth it and the prices I paid was what I was quoted..so I was really happy about it. Really wonderful and clean job. I would recommend this business to anyone looking to install/repair gutter/downsprout for their ABQ home!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Sandia Seamless Gutter, and from start to finish, the…read moreexperience was absolutely outstanding. It's not every day that you come across a company that combines excellent workmanship with genuine customer care, but Sandia Seamless Gutter delivers both--and then some. Abel, the owner, came out personally to provide an estimate, which I really appreciated. Even though my project wasn't a large one, he treated it with total professionalism and took the time to walk through all the options with me, answer my questions, and make sure I understood the scope of the work. I had a fairly complex drainage situation in the front entryway of my home, and Abel was quickly able to come up with a plan that met my needs. His attitude was refreshingly honest and kind--there was zero pressure, just thoughtful recommendations and clear communication. What stood out immediately was how responsive and prompt Abel was throughout the entire process. He followed up quickly, scheduled the job without delay, and stayed in touch until the day of the install. You can tell that he values each and every customer, no matter the size of the job. That level of personal attention is rare, and it made me feel confident that I had chosen the right company. On installation day, his crew arrived exactly on time and got straight to work. They were courteous, professional, and clearly experienced. I watched them work with efficiency and precision, and they made sure everything was done to my exact specifications. You can tell they take real pride in what they do--and it shows in the final result. The gutters not only look fantastic, but they're clearly built to last and perform well in our New Mexico weather. What impressed me most was Abel's follow-through. After the installation was complete, he came back later that same day to personally inspect the work, walk the job with me, and make sure every detail met both his standards and mine. He asked if I had any concerns, took the time to explain what they had done, and didn't leave until he was certain I was completely satisfied. That kind of follow-up is so rare in today's world--it speaks volumes about how much he values his customers and his reputation. I've worked with other home improvement contractors in the past, and I can say without hesitation that Sandia Seamless Gutter stands far above their competition in Albuquerque. Their pricing is fair, their craftsmanship is excellent, and their customer service is second to none. It's clear this is a family-run business that truly cares about its clients and takes pride in doing things the right way. If you're looking for quality gutter work--whether it's a big job or a small one--I wholeheartedly recommend Sandia Seamless Gutter. Abel and his team have earned my trust and my highest recommendation. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again or refer them to family and friends. Support small businesses like this one--you'll be glad you did.

Would not recommend. Hired them to replace a flat roof. I do not live in town so all communication…read morewas done by phone. I informed them that the roof had leaks and also that damage to the roof of the garage was done by a tree that was growing next to it and leaned into the garage. I told them the tree, a smallish tree about 6 inches in diameter, would need to come down. When they inspected, they found the damage and told me that they would repair it and also cut down the tree to access the damage area to the garage roof. We set a date for the work to be done. On that date, they arrived to take some measurements and told me they would return in 5 days to install. They arrived on the second day and completed the work. However, they left quite a bit of trash around the house and did not cut the tree. The previous damage to roof was "repaired" by placing a sheet of plywood over the damage and then the new roofing over it. Also, in the process of doing the work, they had to remove the evaporative cooler (swamp cooler) from the roof. Understandable. However, when they re-installed it, they did not place it back on the platform it was previously placed on. They placed the cooler on wooden blocks and left the metal platform on the ground. They also damaged the down side draft. When I notified them of this, the young woman I spoke with checked photos they had taken prior to the work being done and admitted that yes they did damage it and have done nothing, nor contacted me to repair. They also did not connect the cooler properly and when I had called about the damage to the cooler, the young woman informed me that it was not connected correctly and that she could report me. Funny as it was her workers who did not connect it correctly. At this point, I am afraid to climb up and walk on the roof as all they did was cover a bad roof with a new cover. Not sure if there is anything I can do at this point, but I can advise you to think twice if you are looking at this company to do a flat roof for you.

In order to make the meeting happen I had to coordinate the schedules of myself, Duane, the real estate agent, and the seller who still lives in the house. Duane met us and looked around and took some measurements and talked mostly to the real estate agent rather than to me. As we were leaving I asked how I would receive his estimate. He told me that he would text me and ask me for my email and then send the estimate via email. I thought that was strange. Why didn't he just get my email right then? A day passed and I had not heard from him. I tried calling and texting but he ignores me and he never sent the estimate. Duane, why did you waste your own time as well as the time of 3 other people if you did not intend to give me an estimate? You do not conduct business in a professional manner.
