You cannot enter with outside shoes so you can do socks or bearfoot or they provide sandals. I started off by having tea. I was shown my room and all the do 's and don'ts. I love that it is personal rooms. You take a shower before and after. I was nervous at first but ended up falling asleep the ear bud did move so I did get water in my ear and a little in my eye. The salt water is really strong but they do provide water and a towel if this happens. I did sleep really good the next couple of nights. I think I'd have to give them another try. It wouldve been nice for a check in about it after the service but overall great.

The space is a lovely sanctuary for the senses. Meliza, is such a bright young woman with a beautiful soul and energy. She created such a unique and gorgeous space where every detail, from the table, the rugs, and the wooden door, has a story behind it. One immediately feels the transformative energy of the space. You can tell that Meliza poured her heart and soul in the crafting of this space. All the services are amazing. From the red light therapy, infrared saunas, cold-plunging, NuCalm meditation, etc.. They have greatly enriched my life and improved my general health and well-being tremendously. I don't know what I would do without them. The float experience itself was so cool and it really helps you clear your mind and meditate in a peaceful, zen environment. The facilities felt very clean and comfortable as well. After floating, there is a powder room outside with small hairdryers, some more hair and facial products to help you get ready again to head out. Definitely a good experience and I can see people add this into their self-care routine on a regular basis!
