"Spicy" ramen and Kani salad
Denton J.

Not to be confused with "Kumamoto" in Newark (though they share a name and logo and vibe). Asian fusion place with almost the whole continent being represented. Sushi, soup, Chinese, etc.. This place feels a bit cheap and chainy. Watery broken broth, not very hot with odd cuts of pork done charshu style. Tastes almost college dorm "instant". There's a few new places like this popping up-202 and in Christiana, which doesn't surprise me if you're taking the cheaper, less culinary driven, less authentic route. I could probably mimic Kumamon's ramen at home with little effort. The Kani Salad was actually pretty good. Pretty pricey considering it's not even close to being as good as Kumamoto, which reigns supreme in DE.

Went in for lunch with my husband and son on a Sunday. My son and husband both LOVE Ramen. I like ramen too but I wasn't in the mood for it this day. I had a spicy tuna roll and a spicy salmon roll. I enjoyed both rolls. They were fresh, and cold, as they should be. My husband had a spicy ramen, I'm not sure of the name. He said it was good but surprisingly overly spicy. All he could taste was the spice he said. We ordered a side of noodles and broth for my son. And he really enjoyed his! My husband had a matcha tea and enjoyed that. My son and I both had bubble milk tea and really enjoyed those! Also, the inside is really cool and clean. Very anime themed. And all of the employees were kind and helpful. I'm sure we'll be back.

Stopped by for some boba tea since I'm visiting for a few days, the service was fast and easy. This place looks cool and unique, I will be stopping by tomorrow to try the food!

Fun ambiance, anime on tv. Felt relaxing and inviting.

Great ambiance - anime murals on the walls, the Owl House marathon on the big screen for my tween daughter.

First visit and will be back for more! My group of 3 was in…read morethe mood for ramen and we stumbled upon this spot. Upon walking in on a Friday afternoon, the restaurant was quieter than I expected. The staff were quick and friendly, food came out in a timely manner, and we enjoyed everything we had. We shared an order of karage and I had the Yokai Ramen, which was a refreshing, rich broth with a hint of spice. Will definitely be back to try more of their menu.

Wilmington, DE - the flavors here are sort of a fusion Japanese-Chinese/Taiwanese-Korean and not…read moreauthentically Japanese, but the food is pretty decent. We ordered some ramen and donburi bowls, along with gyoza and Korean fried chicken (half spicy garlic, half original plain). It was a lot of food! My chashu donburi was was interesting - it's drizzled with sweet mayo, but the chashu was quite dry and not that tender. The marinated egg is perfect however. My family all really enjoyed their dishes, and I thought the gyu ramen was a standout and had a nice flavor. The noodles are well-cooked: firm and al dente. I would order from here again and would like to try the tonkotsu or tan tan ramen which are my usual go-tos. 3.5 stars but rounding up to 4 stars for being open on July 4th!
