Very tasty! Togo order was packed thoughtfully so I could enjoy the same experience at home.

Broth and noodles were serviceable but not top notch. I will give it another try in a few months. The concept is really cool.

First visit and will be back for more! My group of 3 was in…read morethe mood for ramen and we stumbled upon this spot. Upon walking in on a Friday afternoon, the restaurant was quieter than I expected. The staff were quick and friendly, food came out in a timely manner, and we enjoyed everything we had. We shared an order of karage and I had the Yokai Ramen, which was a refreshing, rich broth with a hint of spice. Will definitely be back to try more of their menu.

Wilmington, DE - the flavors here are sort of a fusion Japanese-Chinese/Taiwanese-Korean and not…read moreauthentically Japanese, but the food is pretty decent. We ordered some ramen and donburi bowls, along with gyoza and Korean fried chicken (half spicy garlic, half original plain). It was a lot of food! My chashu donburi was was interesting - it's drizzled with sweet mayo, but the chashu was quite dry and not that tender. The marinated egg is perfect however. My family all really enjoyed their dishes, and I thought the gyu ramen was a standout and had a nice flavor. The noodles are well-cooked: firm and al dente. I would order from here again and would like to try the tonkotsu or tan tan ramen which are my usual go-tos. 3.5 stars but rounding up to 4 stars for being open on July 4th!

Creative food indeed but Bardea fell short in a few areas for me…read more First, I showed up without a reservation on a Tuesday night at 7PM with a party of 7. We were seated quickly, which was great and I was glad they could seat us. The restaurant was packed with mostly groups. And it was very very loud, we ordered quickly and were told they recommend 2-3 dishes per person. My group ordered drinks and food all in one go. We got a first course of dishes before our drinks appeared just as the second plates were arriving. I got the Jackie O cocktail, which was okay, but not great and definitely not worth $17. I got the burrata poptart, which was a highlight, it was the best item I tried and very visually pleasing, now the biggest shortfall was the King Pawn. For $30, you can perform your own table side prawn autopsy. I couldn't tell if it was just because it was burned/severely overcooked but trying to extract the meat was a challenge and I'm not sure was worth the effort. Now my biggest thumbs down is that they won't separate checks. Even though this restaurant was full of groups. I didn't know this was an issue before I brought in a group. Maybe the Bardea restaurant group needs to visit other parts of the country where restaurants regularly split checks for people. I wouldn't chose to come back to Wilmington, DE for team meetings in the future because of this weird Wilmington trend of not splitting checks.
