Of course, we went for the top diamond tier which includes all-you-can-eat Japanese and Australian wagyu, unlimited appetizers and pretty much everything on the menu was unlimited at that tier. Starting off with all 4 of the appetizers offered, the bone marrow was quite amazing. Rich, buttery and tasted great, fresh off the grill. The wagyu nigiri was a favourite of ours. The rice was nicely seasoned and we couldn't get enough. The wagyu tartare was nice, and we wished we were served the toasted bread from the bone marrow rather than the chips. Unfortunately, the sweet shrimp wasn't too fresh. The heads showed signs of blackening, and it tasted close to the end of its shelf life. The thinly sliced wagyu was exquisite. We tried not only the Japanese wagyu, but the Australian wagyu as well, and we kept ordering tray after tray of it. The seafood bowl that came with our tier was a nice touch. I can't say I was a huge fan of the king crab that was offered. These were the end and knuckle pieces that didn't have much meat in them. These could have been skipped as amazing as king crab sounds.
