Great couch!
Bertha V.

Stopped here for a second cup of coffee for my husband. First impression is that this place is a cool spot to hang out and relax while enjoying a cup of coffee or a tea. It is very nicely furnished and I love the bar area. It was our first time so the gentleman at the counter was very nice . I had a coffee already so I ordered a chai latte and my husband ordered a flat white. He enjoyed his flat white but my chai tea latte was not very good. I was basically drinking sweet milk not much of the chai flavor. I did love the interior design of this place.

By far my favorite coffee shop! Underrated gem. The vibes are immaculate, staff is so friendly and interior is so well-decorated, chic study spot. The drinks are high quality and I'm obsessed with the seasonal menu, especially their coconut drinks. None of their flavors taste too artificial, the spro koko is my absolute favorite. Will definitely be back!

I love the atmosphere here! Both refined and comfortable. I love that there is bar seating so that those on laptops don't take up tables. I ordered a pretty fancy coffee drink and could not taste the coffee in it, but it was DELICIOUS. It was an Iced Salted Brown Butter Maple Latte. They create their own blends, so next time I go, I think I will get something like an Americano to fully appreciate the coffee flavor. The coffee cake I ordered was sweet, dense and flavorful without being overpowering. There is both indoor and outdoor patio seasoning. This is a place for lingering over coffee with friends for sure. Relaxed atmosphere with friendly chill staff

This place is a cute little vibe for work and chatting with friends! Prefer their outdoor seating as the inside is darker. Matcha is sooo yummy! That's what I come here for. I will say, customer service is always a bit cold and feels like they higher foreigners. But I'm looking past it, as I do continue to come back for the great iced matchas!

Such a cool spot! The drinks are really good. They have coffee, tea and even juices! I usually have their matcha which is delicious. I have tried their green juice also and I would totally recommend it. Especially for a morning refresher on the summer. 2hr street parking available right in front and a couple of assigned parking spots in the back. The sitting is spacious. There are tables at front on the patio. There is a bar style sitting around the center. The wifi is spotty. We lost it a couple of times while Coworking there. However, when is working is strong and reliable.

1 star review based on service only. My husband ordered his coffee and then I went to take a pic of the front. When I walked up to order they wouldn't let me order saying they closed at 3:30...mind you it was 3:30 on the dot. I get it I guess but considering my husband literally just placed his order and was waiting for his drink I thought they would have taken that into consideration. Would have had my husband order mine with his had I known they wouldn't let me order. At least everyone can enjoy the pic I took of the storefront lol

Came in on a Sunday and ordered a brown sugar cinnamon latte. It was a little on the pricey side, and it took a while to get, but very tasty. The space itself is huge, with a high-top bar area, standard tables and chairs, plus plenty of cozy spots to sit and catch up with a friend. It's beautifully decorated and has lots of cool merch to check out.

This was a cool coffee shop we popped into whilst walking around. Lots of places to sit inside. Pretty pricey for a coffee in my opinion. Came out to $20 for 2 lattes with oat milk. They tasted good, but might have to keep this as just a special occasion sweet treat kind of place.

I think this is where white collar surfers get their coffee, lol. Hit the waves in the morning then throw on a 3 piece suit and head to kuli. It is super elevated, sleek inside. I do love the design. It is open despite the huge coffee bar in the middle. The coffee was great as well. Workers were awesome. They all just seemed like some go with the flow cali locals with a passion for coffee. Oh, what I'd give to have that!

What a spacious coffee shop. So much seating both indoors and outdoors. Located on the busy street of San Clemente Village. A great place to walk around and stop for coffee here. They serve freshly baked goods as well. The cold brew I got was a bit sour for my taste but I did finish it after adding some whole milk. The service was ok. The cashier poured my drink right away so I didn't even wait for my order. Overall a cool place to chill and take a break.

It's a beautiful space - expansive, colorful and tasteful. The staff is chill and kind. But the affogato is NOT what I thought it would be. Although they do offer decaf espresso (yay!) for my affogato, their ice cream was a tiny portion. The ratio of espresso to ice cream was off. Wasn't too happy with this since it cost $7.50 and came in the smallest cup (probably smaller than a pup cup). It seems though that the other drinks were great so maybe I'll try those next time. Tried the banana bread which cost $6 and was on the dry side. Oh well. Come for the vibes and the music. Folks come here to people watch and enjoy the beautiful interiors.

Flat white

Simply a beautiful coffee shop on Del Mar Ave in San Clemente. You have a nice set up inside with chairs facing outside where you can enjoy the street view of Del Mar and people watch. Seats and ambiance is great and just a great job when it comes to the aesthetics. They also have a simple yet good list of items on their menu. I was craving something more espresso forward so I got the Flat White. Now I see where this place gets a lower rating. Service is definitely not warm and there's just something that makes you feel like "what did I do wrong" after you place your order. They are very adamant about closing on time which I believe was 3:30pm but I was here way before and didn't plan to stay. The drink itself was very good, I certainly enjoyed it and I personally asked for the porcelain cup because I like the balance better of espresso being not so far in the bottom as a paper cup. If not for the cold service it would easily be a high 4 star rating in my opinion.

I asked the cashier what he would recommend based on my preferences and he came through with an absolute killer recommendation. If you purchase whole beans, they will roast them for you. The process will take 30 minutes, so keep that in mind. You will also have the rest of the beans for 4 to 7 days before being able to use them. You can purchase the beans in three different size bags. Can't wait to go back! As an extra, the staff is very friendly and the coffee shop is super cute.

I read that this is owned by a Japanese couple who has extensive knowledge and love for coffee. Tucked in a corner within a small shopping plaza by a Japanese bakery, Mameya is a micro roaster that offering coffee enthusiasts and connoisseurs an opportunity to select over a dozen raw single origin and blend beans. Excellence in every Roast. at Mameya, there is precisely. And passion to every bean. Service is great. The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly if you have any questions or inexperienced. The ambiance is intimate and rather small. There isn't a lot of space where you can sit or stand. Pros: I ordered their pour over common blend and it was solid. I also grabbed a 12oz bag of their Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Natural. It took about 20 minutes for them to complete the roasting process. After 4 days, I grinned the beans for a pour over and could tell this was already going to be a decent cup of joe. I did not see any significant bloom but the draw time was great based on my grind size. Cons: This shop is too far and too small so if there is a line and you don't have time, you might have to skip the experience. While I don't anticipate Mameya expanding, I would come back in a while.

Ambience 5/5 Located in the same plaza as sprouts, there is plenty of parking in the parking lot, when you walk in there are a mixture of tables and bar seating/booths along the wall. Grateful for groups of 4 to 5, we're coming here solo or for a coffee date. There are outlets along the front wall, our seating, and the booths on the side to get work done (great plus!). They do play music so noise level is average with the typical coffee shop. Sounds as well. What I really loved was the multitude of sitting areas around the whole coffee shop and also a little play area for toddlers. (Kitchen play) next to the door -- so adorable! Drink 5/5 I got a small lavender latte, it tastes super flavorful, strong lavender flavor, and I asked for a little bit light sweetness (less honey). Sometimes when I get lavender lattes, they have a little bit of bitter aftertaste, but this wasn't the case at all. They also have awesome looking seasonal flavors that I'll have to come back to try sometime. Service 5/5 I know others have had something to say, but everyone was super friendly and you could tell that coworkers got along -- seems like a really good work culture where people become friends :) Overall, I love to this coffee shop. If I lived near the area, I would definitely be a regular, but will certainly keep this as a place to stop by when I'm passing through the area!

Totally worth the walk. The shop is simple and minimalistic inside, with a clean layout and a plant right in the center that gives the space a calm, relaxed vibe. Nothing flashy, just thoughtfully designed and comfortable. I ordered the iced Spanish latte and my mom got the iced chai. Both had an excellent balance of sweetness and coffee or tea flavor. Smooth, refreshing, and perfect for sipping while sitting on the sand. The workers were friendly and easy to order from, which made the experience even better. One thing that stood out to us was their logo, two hands shaped like coming together. In sign language, that sign means "connect," so as Deaf individuals, we immediately noticed it and wondered about the meaning behind it. It made the name "Rapport" feel even more intentional.
