He asked for my name and then instructed me how to pick up my order, which is on the opposite side of the bar area near the barista. They should call your name. It's kinda loud overall so you'll have to pay attention and listen We got a traditional vanilla iced latte as well as the coconut cream cold brew. Both were delicious. They use pebble ice. I'm generally not a huge fan just because it waters the drinks down a lot quicker. But it was delicious nonetheless very thick coconut cream on top. I only wish that the iced drinks were a lot bigger. But that would probably throw off the milk to espresso ratio. Outside, there's plenty of seating both couches and patio chairs. Inside cool vibes. I heard there's Wi-Fi but I did not use it. Really funky cool bathrooms. Overall, we had a great experience. I would definitely come back. I think prices are in line with everything else in town. You can opt for your drink for here which comes in glass or to go. We wanted to go in case we decide to get up early and go walk around. Street parking although there's some municipal lots. Pet friendly as well.

The cold brew tasted almost sour and attempting to mix in some of the coconut foam did not help me offset the taste. I hate to throw away anything edible (and expensive) but I really didn't like their cold brew and could not get myself to finish it.

Genuinely surprised I haven't left a review sooner. It's a small, quaint shop with a clean and mellow interior, relaxing jazz playing in the background, and aroma of freshly brewed coffee that always transports me back to Japan. Daisuke and his team greet everyone with such genuine warmth that you immediately feel welcomed. Their hospitality is unmatched, but what keeps me coming back is the consistency. Every drink is made with care, and they're always happy to take the time to explain the differences between their beans, recommend something based on your preferences, and answer any questions without ever making you feel rushed. You can tell they truly care about both their craft and their customers. I usually order the café au lait, and it's the only coffee shop where I'm confident in asking them to make it however they like. Every now and then I'll also pick up a bag of their beans to brew at home, and I highly recommend doing the same. They carefully help you choose from their wide variety, then grind the beans for you or sell them whole if you have your own grinder. Grinding fresh beans takes about 15-20 minutes, so if you're driving from farther away, I'd recommend calling ahead or placing an order through their website for pickup. The quality of the coffee speaks for itself, but what really sets this place apart is the experience. It's rare to find a coffee shop where both the product and the people are this consistently exceptional. Where most coffee shops tend to rush you out I think the difference here is that you genuinely feel welcomed. Wishing Daisuke and the entire team nothing but continued success. I had to walk across a very crowded room hoping to not spill on myself man's get a lid and straw. Lastly it is a small space and really could use expanding. Sorry to write this review but also I want to be honest…read more Cappuccino was watery and flavorless. Foam was done well. No coffee flavor at all, no depth of anything. Just watery flavorless "coffee" water. Coffee cups for stay are really dumb. No handle. So you have to grab them around the cup which was way to hot to handle. Not the best decision for cups. Don't try to be different, just get good italian made cappuccino cups. Not sure how this place has the reviews it has but my wife agreed that it was awful. Not a fan and likely would not come back. It just solidifies my theory that most coffee places have no idea how to roast and pull coffee. This is why I stay home and use my Illy classico coffee and gaggia machine instead when home but I was not home this time. Snotty? Yes but why go through life drinking crap coffee and paying for it.
